Fenestration system with actuatable sealing device, and related devices, systems, and methods
A fenestration system includes a closure element, a carrier, a weather strip, and an actuator. The closure element has a first support and a second support extending perpendicular to each other, the closure element movable in translation relative to a frame along a longitudinal dimension of the first support between an open position and a closed position. The frame is configured to surround a fenestration opening. The carrier is mounted to the second support and movable along a longitudinal dimension of the second support between an extended position and a retracted position. The weather strip is attached to the carrier and arranged to contact the frame when the carrier is in the extended position. The actuator moves the carrier into the retracted position when the closure element is in the open position and moves the carrier into the extended position when the closure element is in the closed position.

Refrigerator
Disclosed is a refrigerator. The refrigerator includes a cabinet having a storage compartment, an inner case (10) configured to define an external appearance of the storage compartment, a first door pivotably installed to the cabinet, the first door being configured to open or close one side of the storage compartment, a second door pivotably installed to the cabinet, the second door being configured to open or close a remaining side of the storage compartment, the second door having a pillar (100) configured to be rotated so as to come into contact with the first door, and a transfer member (1000) provided inside the inner case (10) so as to guide rotation of the pillar (100) by detecting rotation of the second door, and the pillar (100) is spaced apart from both a top wall of the inner case and a bottom wall of the inner case (10) so as not to come into contact with the inner case (10) in a state in which the second door seals the storage compartment.
DOOR WITH MAGNETIC SEAL
A door includes a door frame with abutment element, a door leaf movable from open to closed positions, a seat, and a guillotine accommodated in the seat and passing from a retracted to an extended position along a sliding direction. A first magnet, integral with the guillotine, exerts a magnetic attraction of the guillotine into the seat. A second magnet, separated from the first magnet, is integral with the guillotine. A second magnet interaction element, separated from the first and second magnets, and interacting with the second magnet, is integral with the abutment element to attract the second magnet and exert an extraction on the guillotine, the second magnet extracting the guillotine from the seat only when the second magnet faces the second magnet interaction element or when the sliding direction intercepts the second magnet interaction element, the first magnet exerting a lower magnetic action than the second magnet.
PET DOOR
A pet door includes a latch assembly for locking and unlocking a pet flap. The latch assembly has an electric motor, a motor drive shaft having a first end coupled to the electric motor and a second end oppositely disposed from the first end, a drive pin coupled to the second end of the motor drive shaft, and a drive wheel coupled to the drive pin. The drive wheel incrementally rotates with each full rotation of the drive pin. The drive wheel is coupled to a cam drive shaft. The latch assembly also has plurality of latches assemblies coupled to the cam drive shaft for selective engagement of the peripheral edge of the flap depending upon the rotational position of the cam drive shaft, the selective engagement between the latches and the peripheral edge of the flap determining the locking and unlocking of the flap relative to the frame.
TOP-HANGING SLIDING DOOR INCLUDING BOTTOM GUIDE AND SEAL
Systems and methods for providing a drop seal assembly which is concealed within an opening in the bottom of a sliding door panel of a top-hanging sliding door. The drop seal assembly may include bottom guide which defines a downward facing elongated slot or track which receives a sill guide therein. The drop seal assembly also includes a drop down acoustic seal which automatically drops down to contact the floor surface below the door panel when the door panel is moved from an open position into a closed position. The distance that the seal drops down upon closing of the door panel may be selectively adjustable to accommodate variances in the air gap between the door bottom and the floor surface due to particular installation conditions. A concealed magnetic bottom seal activator may be used to provide self-adjusting activation of the door bottom seal assembly using two opposing magnets.
Self-adjusting damper based linear alignment system
A steam sterilizer having a door movable relative to an opening between a first open position and a second closed position. A plurality of spaced-apart roller assemblies are aligned along edges of the door to align the door relative to the opening as the door moves between the open and closed position. Each of the roller assemblies are comprised of a cylindrical roller having an outer annual recess extending along the periphery thereof. The recess is dimensioned to receive a lateral edge of the door. The roller is mounted on a shaft and is movable against a biasing force axially along the axis of the shaft.

PANEL SEAL SYSTEMS
A movable wall panel system may include a bottom drop seal assembly that maintains a constant force relative to a floor portion of an environment through a damper. The movable wall panel system may include an automatic top seal assembly that seals a gap between the movable wall panel system and a ceiling of the environment. The moveable wall panel system may include multiple panels and a plurality of seals positioned between adjacent panels to seal a gap between the adjacent panels.
