AUTOMATIC DOOR SEAL
An automatic door seal assembly for a door is provided. In one aspect, the assembly includes a magnet secured to a surface of a doorway or a floor area within the doorway adjacent to an edge of the door in a closed position. The assembly further includes a door edge assembly configured to mount to an edge of the door and having a base and a sealing strip assembly with a ferromagnetic part. The sealing strip assembly is generally movable between a retracted position and an extended position relative to the base, wherein the magnet transitions the sealing strip assembly to the extended position as the door approaches the closed position to contact and seal against one or more of the surface of the doorway, the floor area within the doorway, and the magnet.
REFRIGERATOR
The present invention provides a refrigerator comprising: a cabinet provided with a storage chamber; an inner case that forms the exterior of the storage chamber; a first door rotatably installed on the cabinet so as to open/close one side of the storage chamber; a second door having a pillar that rotates such that the same can contact the first door, the second door being rotatably installed on the cabinet so as to open/close the other side of the storage chamber; and a transfer member provided inside the inner case so as to sense rotation of the second door and to guide rotation of the pillar, wherein the transfer member comprises an up/down movement guide portion that moves downward, when the pillar approaches, and contacts the pillar while the pillar remains unfolded.

SEAL ASSEMBLY FOR A GALLEY DOOR OF A GALLEY AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING A GALLEY WITH A SEAL ASSEMBLY
A seal assembly for use with a door within a frame of a galley of an aircraft includes a seal configured to be movably coupled to the door and a seal holder holding the seal. The seal assembly includes a biasing mechanism coupled to the seal holder and configured to hold the seal in an open position by applying a biasing force to the seal holder. An activation mechanism is operably coupled to the seal holder that overcomes the biasing force to move the seal from the open position to a sealed position.
SELF-ADJUSTING DAMPER BASED LINEAR ALIGNMENT SYSTEM
A steam sterilizer having a door movable relative to an opening between a first open position and a second closed position. A plurality of spaced-apart roller assemblies are aligned along edges of the door to align the door relative to the opening as the door moves between the open and closed position. Each of the roller assemblies are comprised of a cylindrical roller having an outer annual recess extending along the periphery thereof. The recess is dimensioned to receive a lateral edge of the door. The roller is mounted on a shaft and is movable against a biasing force axially along the axis of the shaft.

DROP-DOWN SEAL
A drop-down seal having a housing rail, a support rail, a seal profile, a lowering mechanism, and a through-opening, through which a locking bar can pass. The support rail has a base rail and an expansion device which adjoins the base rail in the longitudinal direction of the drop-down seal. The through-opening runs along or through the expansion device and has an inner width over the entire height of the expansion device, said width being greater than the inner width of the base rail or alternatively or in addition thereto corresponding at least to the outer width of the base rail. The base rail, the expansion device, and the seal profile can be lifted and lowered together by the lowering mechanism.
AUTOMATIC HATCH FOR BULK MATERIAL VEHICLES
An automatic hatch assembly for bulk material containers, and especially for bulk material containers on vehicles, provides for the remote control and automated operation of opening/closing, locking/unlocking, and/or sealing/unsealing hatch functions. The hatch covers a fill opening of the container, and may be retrofitted to existing containers equipped with conventional hatch covers. A drive unit is operable to open and close the hatch cover, and a locking assembly actuates extendable lock members. Optionally, a pneumatic seal is provided within the cover for sealing the container from the outside environment. The locking assembly may be particularly well-suited to resisting opening forces applied to the cover, such as when the container is pressurized, and a sequencing controller may be provided to facilitate automated operation.

GARAGE DOOR SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Provided are door systems having a plurality of door panels and a frame, the door panels being movable between an extended position closing an opening in a building structure, and a folded retracted position. When in the extended position, the door panels interlock with each other forming a barrier to wind, dirt, dust and insects. The frame is movably attached to the building structure and when the door panels are in the extended position, the frame moves and engages the door panels with a sealing member to provide an airtight seal of the opening in the building structure.
