Cordless shade automatic lift regulator
09765565 · 2017-09-19 · ·

A covering for an architectural opening including a first rail, a second rail moveable relative to the first rail, and a lift regulator coupled to the first rail. The lift regulator includes a drag mechanism, and the lift regulator automatically engages the drag mechanism to resist the second rail moving away from the first rail. In addition, the lift regulator automatically disengages the drag mechanism when the second rail moves toward the first rail.

A controller assembly includes a housing, first and second tube units, and first and second runners. Each of the first and second runners slides on a respective one of the first and second tube units when the respective one of the first and second tube units is driven to rotate. In response to sliding of the first runner to bring the first runner into abutment with the second runner, the first runner is prevented from sliding over the second runner, whilst impeding rotation of the first tube unit. In response to sliding of the second runner to bring the second runner into abutment with the first runner, the second runner is prevented from sliding over the first runner, whilst impeding rotation of the second tube unit.

BATTENED ROLLER COVERING

A covering for an architectural-structure covering is disclosed. The covering is formed from a plurality of assembled strips of fabric material joined together. Each assembled strip of fabric material may include a fabric material including inner and outer surfaces, and top and bottom ends. A first slat may be coupled to the inner surface of the fabric material adjacent the top end thereof, the first slat having a first contact surface. A second slat may be coupled to the outer surface of the fabric material adjacent the bottom end thereof, the second slat having a second contact surface. The first contact surface of the first slat of a first assembled strip is preferably nested with the second contact surface of the second slat of an adjoining second assembled strip. The second contact surface of the second slat may be partially covered by the piece of fabric material.

Covering for an architectural opening

An arrangement for securing an end cap onto a rail of a covering for an architectural opening includes an elongated rail extending in a longitudinal direction and an end cap having a slightly arcuate shape when at rest. At least one post projects inwardly from the end cap into the rail to contact a surface that is fixed relative to the rail to secure the end cap to the rail in a flattened condition. When the end cap is coupled the rail, the arcuate shape of the end cap is flattened out.

SOLAR ADJUSTMENT APPARATUS AND METHOD OF OPERATING THE SAME
20210340812 · 2021-11-04 ·

A solar adjustment apparatus includes a control circuit, two optical encoders, two driving modules, and a power circuit. The control circuit is arranged in an upper rail, and the upper rail is fixed on the upper side of a door or window of a building or vehicle. The two driving modules pivot two spools at the same speed. One of the driving modules controls a height of a middle rail in vertical direction of the door or window through one of optical encoders and one of spools. The other driving module controls a height of a lower rail in vertical direction of the door or window through the other optical encoder and the other spool.

Shading device

A shading device including a first driving shaft that is rotatably supported within a headbox and may drive a first moving member and a second driving shaft that is rotatably supported within the headbox and may drive a second moving member, the shading device includes a first pulley that drives the first driving shaft, and a second pulley that is disposed at a position different from the first pulley in a longitudinal direction of the headbox and drives the second driving shaft.

SCREEN DEVICE
20220220802 · 2022-07-14 ·

A screen device intended for a window or a door in a building or vehicle. The device includes a first elongated frame part having two ends; a further frame part and a third one, respectively, being arranged at each end of the first frame part at right angles to the first frame part and connected to a first one of its two ends. Two crossbars are arranged in parallel to the fixedly arranged first frame part and movable independently of each other along the two further frame parts. A pleated screen element is arranged between the first crossbar and the second crossbar, and the crossbars are guided by guide cords. At least one of the crossbars is formed by two profiles that are arranged in parallel to each other and leave a space between them in which a strip provided with holes for respective ones of the guide cords is received.

Skew Adjustment Mechanism for a Window Covering
20220074265 · 2022-03-10 ·

A skew adjustment method and apparatus for adjusting the skewed condition of a movable rail of a window covering in which the movable rail is supported by lift cords wrapped around spools. A drive train disconnecting mechanism is used to disconnect a first spool from a second spool, the first spool is rotated relative to the second spool, thereby changing the length of the first lift cord relative to the second lift cord until the movable rail is in the desired position; and then the first and second spools are reconnected so the first and second spools rotate together. An end cap may be used to enable multiple disassemblies and reassemblies of the end cap to access the skew adjustment mechanism. In one embodiment, there are two movable rails, and the lift cords for both movable rails extend through the same rout holes in the covering. Disconnecting the first spool from the second spool may activate a mechanism that prevents the second spool from rotating.
