Adjustment and alignment system for a roller blind
An alignment bracket for a roller blind, comprising a base and a roller tube support securable to the base. First and second coupling members on the base and roller tube support permit an adjustment of the alignment of the roller tube support, and the end of a roller tube mounted thereon, relative to the base. Also provided is a blind fabric alignment device for a roller tube of a multi-tube roller blind. The alignment device comprises a drive coupling body securable to an end of a roller tube of the blind, a driven member mounted to the drive coupling body, a torque transfer mechanism secured to the driven member, and an adjuster. The torque transfer mechanism transfers rotational torque from the driven member to the drive coupling body through the adjuster. The adjuster permits an alteration of the rotational position of the driven member relative to the drive coupling body.

ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM FOR A ROLLER BLIND
An adjustment mechanism for a roller blind. The adjustment mechanism comprises (i) an adjustment spring housing securable to an end plate of the roller blind such that when so secured the housing does not rotate independent of the end plate, (ii) a balancing spring coupler at least partially receivable within the adjustment spring housing, the balancing spring coupler having an outer end securable to an end of a balancing spring of the roller blind, (iii) an adjustment spring, the adjustment spring transferring rotational torque between the adjustment spring housing and the balancing spring coupler, and (iv) an adjustment shaft positioned at least partially within the adjustment spring housing. Rotation of the adjustment shaft causes a rotation of the balancing spring coupler and the adjustment spring relative to the adjustment spring housing to increase or decrease the torsional loading of the balancing spring.
Curtain mounting unit
The present disclosure disclose a curtain mounting unit which comprises a connecting seat having a receiving cavity formed in a rear end surface, a mounting hole connected with the receiving cavity formed in a front end surface, and a plurality of tenons extending along a longitudinal direction of connecting seat on the outer sides of the connecting seat. The curtain mounting unit has a telescopic tube having external thread arranged outside and a front end to insert into the receiving cavity which comprises an elastic component. The two ends of the elastic component may be abutting against the front end of the telescopic tube and an inner bottom surface of the receiving cavity respectively. The curtain mounting unit has an annularly-shaped locking ring fitted on the outer surface of the telescopic tube.

Adjustable cord winder for use with curtain
An adjustable cord winder includes a winding unit, two cord-winding gears, two glide units, and two driving cords. The winding unit has two coil spring gears. A coil spring is connected between the coil spring gears. Each cord-winding gear meshes with one of the coil spring gears and thus rotates synchronously with the coil spring gear. Each glide unit has a roller unit capable of rotating by a specific angle and rollers freely, rotatably disposed at the roller unit. Each driving cord has one end connected to the cord-winding gear to allow the driving cord to wind on or let out from the cord-winding gear. The driving cords wind on at least one roller. The adjustable cord winder is characterized by the rollers for enhancing stability and smoothness of the driving process of the driving cords, and the roller unit for adjusting the tension on the driving cords.
Micro gap roller shade system and method of installation
The invention is a roller shade tube assembly with a main housing having a lumen divided into two sections by an internal spring stop. The distal end of the main housing has a recessed mounting cavity coupleable to a motor. The proximal end of the main housing has one or more interlocking fingers. A spring inside the proximal lumen abuts the spring stop. An inner guide cylinder is coupled to slide inside the main housing against the spring and coupled to a lumen of an auxiliary housing that is movably coupled to the main housing. The distal end of the auxiliary housing includes one or more complementary interlocking fingers and a second recessed mounting cavity at its proximal end. Wall mounting brackets on each side of the tube assembly are configured to fit into the recessed mounting cavities. A shade fabric is coupled to the roller shade tube assembly.
Spring operated roller blind system with end position adjusting mechanism
The invention relates to a spring operated roller blind system, wherein the roller blind (1) comprises an adjusting mechanism (30) for adjusting an end position of the flexible sheet member. The adjusting mechanism comprises a spindle (36) and a connecting member (31) that is connected to the roller shaft for rotation around the spindle. The adjusting mechanism further comprises a first bearing (7) for the roller shaft that defines a first end position for the connecting member (31). At least one of the bracket connectors (21) comprises a pin (33) for detachable mounting in a cooperating recess (35) on the adjusting mechanism, wherein the pin and the recess have an unround cross section.
