Covering for an architectural opening having nested rollers

A covering for an architectural covering is provided. The covering may include a rotatable outer roller, a rotatable inner roller, a first shade secured to the outer roller, and a second shade secured to the inner roller. The outer roller may define an elongated slot extending along a length of the outer roller and opening to an interior of the outer roller. The inner roller may be received within the outer roller and may define a central longitudinal axis. The first shade may be retractable onto and extendable from the outer roller. The second shade may extend through the elongated slot and may be retractable onto and extendable from the inner roller. The elongated slot may be substantially horizontally aligned with the central longitudinal axis of the inner roller when the first shade is in a fully extended position.

MOTOR ASSEMBLIES FOR ARCHITECTURAL COVERINGS

Example motor assemblies for architectural coverings are described herein. An example architectural covering assembly includes an architectural covering movable between an upper limit position, a lower limit position, and a transition limit position between the upper limit position and the lower limit position. The example architectural covering assembly also includes a motor, a consumer touchpoint, and an architectural covering controller. In response to detecting a first gesture at the consumer touchpoint, the architectural covering controller is to activate the motor to move the architectural covering to the transition limit position and stop, and in response to detecting a second gesture at the consumer touchpoint, different from the first gesture, the architectural covering controller is to activate the motor to move the architectural covering through the transition limit position and to the upper limit position or the lower limit position.

DUAL BLIND CURTAIN PROVIDED WITH DIVIDED TAPE BELT

The present invention relates to a dual blind curtain installed at an indoor window, a wall surface, or the like and is used for purposes such as view blocking, light adjustment, heating, and indoor interior decoration effects, wherein: both opposite ends of a curtain sheet composed by connecting multiple patterns to each other are wound in roll shapes around two rotation shafts, respectively, and then curtain circulative rotation and curtain longitudinal rotation are allowed to be freely adjusted by the two rotation shafts; and a difference between the amounts of winding and unwinding of the curtain sheet around and from the rotation shafts, respectively, the difference being caused due to a change in the amount of winding of the curtain sheet around a corresponding shaft, can be identically maintained. Accordingly, the curtain sheet wound around the rotation shafts can be freely changed in patterns that a consumer wants.

ADJUSTABLE ROLLER SHADES

Present disclosure relates to several adjustable roller shades. Adjustable roller shade includes: roller shade fabric winding shaft, weight, movable pulley, two traction ropes, and four winders. A roller shade fabric is wound on roller shade fabric winding shaft forming upper edge of adjustable roller shade. Weight is attached to bottom of roller shade fabric forming lower edge of adjustable roller shade. Movable pulley is fixedly attached to one end of the roller shade fabric winding shaft. The traction ropes are wound around the movable pulley and the four winders. Each of the four winders is driven by a driving motor respectively and the four winders rotate in different combination of directions to raise or lower both upper edge and lower edge of adjustable roller shade, resulting the adjustable roller shade to be opened or closed freely from both upper and lower edges of the adjustable roller shade.

Covering for an architectural opening including multiple stage spring assembly

A covering for an architectural covering is provided. The covering may include a multiple stage spring assembly. The spring assembly may include a non-rotatable first member, a first spring including a first end portion and a second end portion, and a second spring including a first end portion and a second end portion. The first end portion of the first spring may be coupled to the first member. The first end portion of the second spring may be coupled to the second end portion of the first spring to rotate with the second end portion of the first spring.

A DEVICE FOR PREVENTING BENDING OF LOWER ROTARY ROD AND WRINKLING OF FABRICS IN DOUBLE BLINDS WITHOUT STRINGS
20220259920 · 2022-08-18 · ·

The present invention relates to a device for preventing bending of a lower rotary rod and wrinkling of fabric in double blind without a string. More specifically, while a lower case is moved downwardly by the force of a handle portion (250) being pulled, a pair of rollers and a lower rotary rod are rotated. The rollers having a smaller diameter than the lower rotary rod prevent the lower rotary rod from rising and at the same time offset the load while rotating in close contact with double fabric (240), and thus prevent bending of the lower rotary rod or wrinkling of the fabric.

RETRACTABLE CURTAIN PANEL AND ENHANCED STIFFENERS

According to some aspects, provided are curtain assemblies configured to operate in high wind environments. The curtain assembly can include first and second track guide including internal security rails. The internal securing rails moveably engage end portions of fabric stiffeners to provide stability in the curtain. In some embodiments, the securing rails include ramp portions to accommodate drift in the curtain and/or fabric stiffeners without compromising operation of the curtain.

RETRACTABLE CURTAIN PANEL WITH TRACK GUIDE

According to some aspects, provided are curtain assemblies comprising two or more curtains selectably moveable between an open position and a closed position. Some embodiments include a track guide for at least one of the curtains having a first track and second track insert coupled to respective sides of the track guide and the curtain, wherein the curtain is moveably coupled to the first and second track inserts, and moveable along the channel of operation during transition between the open and the closed position. The curtains can be configured to define an air pocket that improved the energy efficiency of the curtain assembly (e.g., improving heat and/or noise properties). Some embodiments include a roller guide to maintain spacing between the curtains and can define a boundary of the air pocket.

VARIABLE-STIFFNESS ROLLER SHADE TUBE

A low-deflection roller tube of a motorized roller shade may include a first tube and a second tube that is attached to the first tube. The first tube may be configured to operably couple to the motor drive unit of the roller shade. The second tube may comprise a plurality of carbon fiber layers additively constructed on the first tube, and may be fabricated such that first and second longitudinal portions of the roller tube exhibit different material stiffness characteristics from each other. The first and second portions of the roller tube may be made of carbon fiber material having different tensile moduli. Layers of carbon fiber material in the first portion may be staggered with layers of carbon fiber material in the second portion at an interface between the first and second portions.

BLIND ASSEMBLY
