Roll screen device
10920488 · 2021-02-16 · ·

There is provided a screen device that is capable of preventing deformation such as loosening of a horizontally-sliding roll screen due to the weight of the screen. A guide member has a slit that allows a fastener-like member at an upper end of the screen to be slidably engaged therewith in a retained state. In a state in which a space, which allows bending in the vertical direction, is formed above the guide member, both end portions and of the guide member are fixed to an upper horizontal frame of a screen frame, flange portions of the guide member are positioned above protruding walls in the upper horizontal frame, and spring members that apply upward urging forces to the guide member are provided between the protruding walls and the flange portions. Thus, deformation of the screen due to the weight thereof is suppressed by using the guide member.

A system comprising: a sliding shield equipped with horizontally sliding cloth movable by means of a handle bar between a lateral box and a closure upright, and a guiding and tensioning retractable device for sliding shields comprising a plurality of first guiding modules and a plurality of second guiding modules, consecutively and alternately coupled between them forming a guiding body foldable and insertable within the handle bar and comprising a first terminal end fixable to the lateral box and a second terminal end adapted to be free of sliding within the handle bar, the first guiding modules and the second guiding modules being interposable between the handle bar and the lateral box. The sliding shield comprises at least a lower pocket and the guiding and tensioning retractable device comprises at least a tensioning element provided with a first end anchored to the second terminal end and a second free end inserted within the lower pocket.

DRAW BAR AND BRAKE ARRANGEMENT FOR A DRAW BAR

A brake arrangement, for a retractable screen arrangement in which the a screen roller applies a retraction force to the screen and brake arrangement, includes a brake arrangement, for providing a braking force between the brake arrangement and a track which guides the brake arrangement, to resist retraction. The brake arrangement provides a brake member with a friction surface for contacting the bearing surface; a brake member support for supporting the brake member; and a forcing arrangement for forcing the friction surface against the bearing surface. The forcing arrangement includes a biasing arrangement for biasing the friction surface onto the bearing surface, and a force-increasing arrangement for increasing the force with which the friction surface engages the bearing surface. The force increasing arrangement converts a frictional force between the friction surface and the track into additional contact pressure force of the friction surface onto the guide track.

BRAKING DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC WINDING TYPE SCREEN DEVICE

[Problem]

To provide a braking device for an automatic winding type screen device that stably brakes the automatic winding of a screen regardless of the temperature.

[Solution]

A braking device 10 for an automatic winding type screen device 1 comprises: a housing 20 that is provided inside a winding shaft 5 so as to be able to turn with the winding shaft 5 to wind up a screen 4; a sleeve 30 that is inserted into the housing 20 and is mounted to a bracket 6b so as not to be able to turn; and a mobile element 40 that can rotate with the housing 20. A first spring 60 and a second spring 70 are provided on the outer side of the sleeve 30 so as to have the mobile element 40 therebetween. The mobile element 40 twists forward on the sleeve 30 along with rotation of the housing 20, and biasing forces of the first spring 60 and the second spring 70 that expand and contact with the forward twist of the mobile element 40 brakes the rotation of the winding shaft 5.

Electric screen device

This electric screen device is provided with an electric motor that causes slidable screen mounting frame part(s) to automatically slide. Torque generated by rotation of a rotation shaft of the electric motor is transmitted to a tension member that is provided inside the screen mounting frame parts, that connects screen guiding frame parts to each other at free ends thereof, and that forms a loop. The tension member moves in a state of being hung around the folded portions which apply tension to the tension member. The slidable screen mounting frame part(s) automatically slide in association with movement of the tension member. Thus, the screen automatically opens and closes.

Sanitary barrier systems and methods for preventing transmission of biological substances and protecting human health are provided. A retractable barrier system may include a first supporting member and a barrier film. The first supporting member may comprise a first attachment element configured to position the barrier system vertically in use. The barrier film may have a fixed edge and a free edge, wherein the fixed edge is connected to the first supporting member. The barrier film is extendible to a desired length in a use configuration and retractable back on the first supporting member in a storage configuration. The barrier system may include a retracting mechanism such as a crank or a spring-loaded roller. The barrier film may comprise a sanitary portion. The barrier system may be combined with stanchions or queue barriers to protect individuals waiting in lines. The barrier system may also be used to provide barrier inside a multi-person vehicle.

Upper guide track and assembly for a retractable screen

An upper guide track assembly for a retractable screen is described. The assembly comprises a U shaped guide channel, a track attachment member for attaching the assembly to a support, a track outer member connectable to the attachment member and a screen retaining member within the guide channel. The retaining member receives and retains an upper edge of a screen. The retaining member has two resilient wings extending from either side of the body. Each wing is biased towards a position in which the distal end of each wing is away from the body. The wings are moveable against the bias to a retracted position. When the retaining member is retained in the guide channel, each wing is held in the retracted position against the bias. This allows an upper edge of a screen retained by the screen retaining member to be biased in the vertical direction.

Wire drawing tightness controller for easily detachable and foldable screen

A wire drawing tightness controller for an easily detachable and foldable screen, comprising: a connecting member, a wire drawing control device, a first connecting unit and a second connecting unit, wherein the connecting member is provided on a window frame, the wire drawing control device is provided with at least a control unit, and the first connecting unit and the second connecting unit are arranged between the connecting member and the wire drawing control device. By means of the arrangement of the first connecting unit and the second connecting unit, the wire drawing control device can be conveniently connected to the connecting member, and can also be easily separated from the connecting member, thereby enhancing the convenience of assembling a foldable screen.
