Roller shutter for mitigating impact force
A roller shutter may include a rotatable drum; a shutter curtain including a series of three or more elongate slats pivotally interlocked in a longitudinal-edge-to-longitudinal-edge arrangement and arranged parallel to the rotatable drum, wherein a first and second longitudinal end portions of each elongate slat may be respectively aligned to form a first side border and a second side border, respectively, of the shutter curtain, wherein the first and second longitudinal end portions of each elongate slat may be respectively provided with at least one eyelet-structure which protrudes therefrom, whereby a first and second rows of eyelet-structures are formed along the first and second side borders; and at least a first cord and a second cord respectively strung loosely through all eyelet-structures of respective row of eyelet-structures, and each cord may be configured to confine all eyelet-structures of the respective row of eyelet-structures within a length of each cord.
CURTAIN HANGING ASSEMBLY
A curtain hanging assembly that consists of a curtain assembly able to effect horizontal opening and closing of curtains, and includes two elastic motor units provided with elastic feedback. Interactive dynamics between the two elastic motor units, through linear linkage, respectively cause torque forces produced to be in mutual opposition, enabling the let down area of the curtains to be naturally fixed at any height position.
Window Covering
A window covering including a frame, a panel section inside the frame, and two separate cord pulley systems, wherein the panel section includes two rails with a panel in between, and wherein one of the two cord pulley systems enables the one of the two rails to be moved along inside the frame and the other of the two cord pulley systems enables the other of the two rails to be moved along inside the frame. The window covering frame enables installation over a window or door frame through attachment means on the outer back frame, such as sticky tape, or through attachment means on the back frame and corresponding attachment means on a door or window frame, such as corresponding magnetic strips or a strip with hooks and a strip with corresponding loops. For each of the two cord pulley systems, cord holders in the corners of the frame hold a continuous cord which is looped to a rail including a spring to maintain tension of the panel section. End plates on each end of the rails direct the cord into a channel of the frame.
Curtain/Shutter Which Flips and Changes to Several Options
Curtain/screen/shutter which flips and changes to several options
Insect protection arrangement for an opening in a mobile vehicle unit
An insect protection arrangement for an opening in a mobile vehicle unit. The insect protection arrangement includes a frame arrangement having two guide rails and at least one frame strip which connects the two guide rails. The at least one frame strip has an extendable insect protection screen which is guided movably in the two guide rails. Each of the two guide rails are connected to the at least one frame strip via a rotary joint.
Roll-Up Doors and Method for Securing Same
A roll-up door including a flexible curtain having a front surface, a back surface, a first end coupled to a shaft, a second end opposite the first end, and first and second side edges extending between the first end and the second end, the flexible curtain being moveable between a retracted position wherein the flexible curtain is coiled around the shaft and a deployed position wherein the flexible curtain is uncoiled from the shaft. A first retention band is mounted along at least a portion of the first side edge of the flexible curtain, the first retention band including an inner surface at least partially facing towards the flexible curtain, an outer surface opposite the inner surface, a fixed edge attached to the flexible curtain generally parallel to the first side edge, and a free edge opposite the fixed edge and movable relative to the fixed edge.
Roller shade for non-rectangular windows
A roller shade adapted to be installed in a non-rectangular structural opening comprising a roller tube, a shade material, a hem bar, and a pair of longitudinal side channels. The hem bar may be extendable and may comprise a pair of wheels at its opposite terminal ends. Each wheel is adapted to be retained by and travel within one of the longitudinal channels which are adapted to guide the hem bar assembly along the side jambs and control an extension of the extendable hem bar as the shade material is rolled on or unrolled from the roller tube and the distance between the side jambs changes. The roller shade may further comprise a pair of tension modules adapted to be attached to the hem bar proximate to one of the wheels to provide tension on the hem bar assembly.
A PULL ACROSS ROLL UP SCREEN ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates generally to a screen assembly that can be used in a window or door cavity, or any other area which may benefit from the assembly and which contains a flexible sheet like member (for instance an insect screen) wound about substantially vertical rod (for example), which can be pulled across the window or door cavity such that the screen extends and retracts in a horizontal direction and particularly to a system and method allowing more straightforward installation on site, quickly and easily.
Retractable curtain for livestock structures
A retractable curtain system is provided and includes a curtain support system, a curtain, and a retraction system. The curtain support system includes a pair of outer walls and an upper frame to provide a curtain receiving space. The curtain covers the curtain receiving space and includes a first non-transparent panel and transparent panel connected to the first non-transparent panel. The retraction system is connected to the curtain to lower and raise the transparent panel.
