SEMI-RIGID CHAIN FOR A WINDOW TREATMENT
A manually-operated window treatment system includes a roller tube, a covering material, and a chain (e.g., a semi-rigid chain). The roller tube is supported at opposed ends thereof. The covering material is attached to the roller tube. The covering material is operable between a raised position and a lowered position via rotation of the roller tube. The chain is configured to be operated by a user to rotate the roller tube. The chain has a first minimum bend radius when bent in a first direction and a second minimum bend radius when bent in a second direction. The first minimum bend radius is less than the second minimum bend radius.
DEVICE FOR STOPPING, RELEASING AND RESTORING THE POSITION OF ROLLER-TYPE WINDOW NETS
A device (1) is described for stopping, releasing and restoring the position of roller-type window nets (3, 48), comprising: a fixing shaft (13) having a coupling groove (15) formed in a front external circumferential surface thereof and an insertion groove (16) formed in a rear surface thereof; a ball rotor (18) inserted into the fixing shaft (13) and coupled to the external circumferential surface of the fixing shaft (13), including a front portion coupled by means of a spring (30) and having a conveying groove (20) formed in a surface thereof for conveying a ball (40) and a guide jaw (38) formed in a central part thereof, wherein the ball (40) is inserted into the conveying groove (20); and an outer rotor (42) coupled to the conveying groove (20) via the ball (40) and having a rotation groove (44) formed in an internal circumferential surface thereof, wherein the ball (40) is coupled to the rotation groove (44) to rotate.
Double blind with vertical shade
A blind for a building opening, and having an upper blind roller, located in an upper region of the head rail, a lower blind attachment located in a lower region of the head rail, an upper blind stored on the upper blind roller, a lower blind stored on the lower blind attachment, a lower blind support wall, and a blind carriage mechanism thereon, for carrying vertical blind slats, so as to provide a head rail having a slim, aesthetically pleasing profile.
Assembly of a tassel and a wall element for tensioning a control loop of a screen
The present invention provides an alternative for tensioning a control loop of a screen, such as a window covering. The invention provides for this purpose an assembly (1) of a tassel (10) for tensioning a control loop (3) of a screen such as a window covering by means of gravitational force, comprising at least an elongate body and control loop guide means for the control loop, and a wall element (20), this wall element being configured for fixing to a wall and intended for receiving the tassel (10), wherein the tassel and the wall element are configured such that the tassel is enclosed by the wall element during operation and the tassel is substantially movable in the wall element. According to the invention the body is provided on the longitudinal side thereof with a guide slot and the wall element is provided with one or more guide elements, wherein the guide slot and the guide elements are configured for co-action.
Window shade and actuating system thereof
The structures described herein use an actuating system that can selectively switch between a lower and a raise mode of operation by rotating a rod assembly, and use a downward displacement of a pull member to lower and raise the window shade depending on whether its switching state. The actuating systems are simple to operate, allow convenient adjustment of the window shade, and are safe as the pull member has a limited length of extension.
EXTERNAL MOTOR DRIVE SYSTEM FOR WINDOW COVERING SYSTEM WITH CONTINUOUS CORD LOOP
A motor drive system for operating a mechanism for raising and lowering window coverings includes a motor operating under electrical power and an electrically powered drive system. The motor drive system advances a continuous cord loop in response to positional commands from a controller. An input-output device includes a capacitive touch strip that receives user inputs along an input axis, and an LEDs strip aligned with the input axis. A group mode module communicates the positional commands to other motor drive systems within an identified group to operate respective other mechanisms of the other motor drive systems. A set control module enables user calibration of a top position and a bottom position of travel of the window covering. The input-output device extends vertically on the exterior of a housing for the motor drive system, and the housing supports input buttons of the group mode module and the set control module.
TENSIONER FOR AN ARCHITECTURAL-STRUCTURE COVERING
A tensioner for use with an architectural-structure covering including an operating element (e.g., an operating cord, a bead chain, or the like) is disclosed. The tensioner selectively securing a position of the operating element. In some embodiments, the tensioner includes a body, a slider, a bearing, and an optional biasing member. The slider is movably positioned within the body between first and second positions to selectively enable movement of the operating element relative to the tensioner. In some embodiments, the tensioner further includes an active locking mechanism such as, for example, a button mechanism moveable between a first or engaged position and a second or disengaged position. In the first or engaged position, the button mechanism prevents movement of the slider. In the second or disengaged position, the button mechanism releases the slider enabling the slider to move.
SAFETY BEAD CHAIN FOR BLINDS
A safety bead chain for blinds is revealed. An external member and a mounting member are disposed on two ends of the bead chain respectively. The external member consists of a groove and at least two first locking parts arranged around the groove. The mounting member is set with at least two second locking parts locked with the first locking parts correspondingly. Thus the external member and the mounting member are locked with each other to form a safety bead fastener bead with the same shape as a bead of the bead chain. The two ends of the bead chain are released from each other once a pulling force is applied to the bead chain to keep children from getting tangled in the bead chain. Moreover, the bead chain is moved around the clutch in a circular manner. Users can operate the bead chain more conveniently.
Drive assembly for a vertical blind
A drive assembly structured to selectively rotate different ones of a plurality of blind rollers of a vertical blind assembly including a drive component, selectively positioned into driving relation with different ones of the plurality of blind rollers. The drive gear includes a driving component disposable into rotationally driving engagement with a different one of the plurality of blind rollers, concurrent to rotation of said drive gear. A support assembly is movable with and rotationally supports the drive gear when in the driving relation to an aligned one of the plurality of blind rollers. A selector assembly is drivingly connected to the support assembly and is operative to selectively dispose support assembly and drive gear into driving relation with the different ones of the plurality of blind rollers.
