DOOR WITH AN INTELLIGENT DOOR LEAF, WHICH HAS AN ELECTRICALLY SELF-SUFFICIENT DOOR LEAF MEANS, AND METHOD THEREFOR
A door, in particular a high-speed industrial door, with an intelligent door leaf is disclosed. The door has a door leaf which is guided by lateral guides and covers a door opening, and which has a first and a second side, a driving means for moving the door leaf between an open and a closed position, a door control means for controlling the driving means, as well as an electrically self-sufficient door leaf means arranged in the door leaf. The door control means also has a first communication unit. In addition, the door leaf device comprises at least one sensor unit for detecting at least a physical quantity, an energy converter which converts non-electrical energy into electrical energy, a second communication unit and at least one actuator unit. The first and second communication units communicate wirelessly with each other.
Base Slat Pry Stopper
A base slat pry stopper, such as a base slat locking bracket, for locking a rolling shutter curtain covering an opening of a structure is disclosed. The base slat pry stopper may include a bracket base plate mounted to an opening bottom wall on an interior side of the shutter curtain, and a base slat engagement portion extending upward from the bracket base plate and above a top surface of the opening bottom wall. When the shutter curtain is unrolled to cover the opening, the base slat engagement portion engages the base slat to prevent the base slat from deflecting upward away from the opening bottom wall when a force applied from an exterior side of the shutter curtain causes the base slat to deflect toward the interior side of the structure and the shutter curtain. The base slat pry stopper may be permanently or removably installed.

OPERATING SYSTEM FOR AN ARCHITECTURAL COVERING
An operating system for an architectural covering is provided. The operating system allows at least three modes of operation of an architectural covering. A transmission may be included between an input assembly and an output drive member, and the transmission may be selectively engaged to place the operating system into one of the at least three modes of operation. The operating system may include a first drive section including an input, a second drive section including an output, and a control mechanism arranged to selectively lock an element of the first and second drive sections to control movement of the output of the operating system upon actuation of the input. A shift lock is also disclosed herein. In use, the shift lock operates to restrict shifting operation of the operating system from one operating mode to another.
TENSIONER FOR AN ARCHITECTURAL-STRUCTURE COVERING
A tensioner for use with an architectural-structure covering including an operating element (e.g., a cord, a chain, or the like) is disclosed. The tensioner selectively securing a position of the operating element relative to the tensioner. In one embodiment, the tensioner includes a body, a slider, a bearing, and an optional biasing member. The body may include a first body member coupled to a second body member. The slider is movably positioned within the body between first and second positions to selectively enable movement of the operating element relative to the tensioner. The bearing includes a projection for coupling to the second body member to prevent the second body member from being decoupled from the first body member. In this manner, when the bearing is enclosed within the body, a user cannot readily open the body (e.g., a user cannot readily separate the first and second body members).
Automatically locked retractable protective door sill
The present discloses an automatically locked retractable protective door sill, including a retractable curtain assembly, a scroll assembly, an upper fixing base and a lower fixing base, a dial mechanism and a locking mechanism are arranged in the upper fixing base, the locking mechanism includes a hydraulic rod capable of retracting at a fixed time, and the hydraulic rod is connected to the dial mechanism; the sliding base is connected to the hydraulic rod, and the hydraulic rod drives the sliding base and drives the linkage base to reset automatically, so the automatic locking of the locking mechanism is achieved, and then the scroll assembly is locked. The whole device has a simpler structure and more convenient operation, the dial button may be manually pushed to return for locking after not reaching the set time, so as to prevent children opening the door sill during an automatic locking process.
Industrial door lock
A locking mechanism for use with a door structure having a corrugated surface includes a main body having a corrugated surface. The locking mechanism is configured to be adjustable between an unlocked position where the corrugated surface of the main body is not nested relative to the corrugated surface of the door structure and a locked position where the corrugated surface of the main body is nested relative to the corrugated surface of the door structure. The corrugated surface of the main body includes a plurality of engagement surfaces. Each of the engagement surfaces is configured to resist movement and/or deformation of the door structure with respect to a direction of movement of the door structure associated with the door structure being moved from a closed position towards an open position.
Roller blind limiter assembly, roller blind mechanism, roller blind system and method for adjusting an end position of a roller blind
The present disclosure concerns a roller blind limiter assembly comprising a support-engaging member, a limit screw and a limit nut threadedly engaged therewith, operatively connectable to a roller blind tube and travelling along the screw upon extension and retraction of a blind, wherein, in use, the limit nut abuts a winding stopper of the limit screw when the blind reaches upper and/or lower end positions. The roller blind limiter assembly is configurable in a locked configuration wherein the limit screw is fixedly mountable to the roller blind support, and an unlocked configuration wherein the support-engaging member is pivotable about the longitudinal direction with respect to the limit screw. The present disclosure also concerns a roller blind mechanism and a roller blind system comprising such a limiter assembly, and a method for adjusting an end position of a roller blind.
RETRACTABLE DOOR SILL
A retractable door sill, including: a mounting base, the mounting base including an upper fixing base and a lower fixing base; a rotating drum, the rotating drum being arranged between the upper fixing base and the lower fixing base, a partition cloth, a torsion spring being configured to make the rotating drum rotate in one direction around its axis, the rotating drum wind up the partition cloth; and an adjusting device, the adjusting device comprising an adjusting rod and an adjusting mechanism, one end of the torsion spring being connected to the rotating drum, the other end of the torsion spring being connected to the adjusting rod of the adjusting device, the adjusting mechanism being configured to enable the adjusting rod to rotate unidirectionally around its own axis, and the adjusting rod being configured to change a torsional deformation of the torsion spring through its own rotation.
LOCKING WEDGE FOR STORAGE DOOR
According to the present disclosure, a storage facility includes a number of storage compartments and doors for controlling access to the storage compartments. The doors move along guide tracks between a lowered-closed position and a raised-opened position relative to respective entryways into the storage compartments. Latches are coupled to the doors for blocking movement of the doors at the selection of a user. One or more locks can be used with the doors to block access to the storage compartments.
