Adjustable fence and gate assemblies may include first and second vertical frame sections having opposing ends and horizontal frame sections are rotatably connected to each end of the vertical frame sections. The vertical and horizontal frame section may be adjustably connected to form an adjustable frame for the gate. Gate member brackets may be attached to each end of the vertical frame sections proximate each end of the vertical frame sections to retain and secure gate members in position. Two hinge brackets may be positioned on the vertical frame section configured to attach to a post and enable opening and closing of the gate. Truss cable connectors including a turnbuckle and a collet may be employed to secure a truss cable providing structural support for the gate and provide access to the interior of the frame sections for truss cable storage.

A dock gate barrier system includes: a barrier with first and second ends with a central axis extending therebetween, and a coupling defining a passage; and a support member, from which extends a hitch pin, which extends along a longitudinal axis, and can enter and extend into the coupling passage. The hitch pin and the passage are configured such that: in a first configuration, the hitch pin can enter into/withdraw from, the passage; and in a second configuration, in response to a load being applied to the barrier causing it to bend, the hitch pin is engaged with the coupling to thereby lock the coupling relative to the hitch pin and thereby lock the barrier member to the first support member.

ANGLED PET GATE ASSEMBLY

An animal gate used to block throughways may include a gate assembly which may include a first gate portion that may have a first frame and a second frame. The gate assembly may be positionable within an opening of a structure and couplable to the structure. The gate assembly may include a second gate portion pivotally coupled to the first frame such that the second gate portion may be pivotable about a horizontal axis between a first position and a second position. The gate assembly may include a locking mechanism arranged at least partly within the second gate portion and configured to lock the second gate portion in at least the first position such that in the first position the second gate portion may be arranged at an angle less than 90 degrees above horizontal. In some examples, pivoting the second gate portion to the second position permits the first frame and the second gate portion to pivot.
