Reversible surface-mounted sliding security gate
The invention relates to a sliding security gate that can be surface mounted to a wall or door trim. These surface-mounted sliding security gates can be installed across any doorway opening of one's home for the protection of babies/toddlers, pets, and disabled elderly. On one hand, the Reversible Surface-Mounted Sliding Security Gate can be used as a dual functioned component that can be opened from either the left-hand or right-hand side of any wall or door trim; on the other hand, the Reversible Surface-Mounted Sliding Security Gate can become reversible and secured to the wall/door trim at the bottom of the bracket to secure the gate into place in order to provide safety and security to the vulnerable population listed above. In addition, this sliding security gate also has an alarm attached to the end of the security gate so that when it opens, the alarm sounds.
Multi-segment movable railing assembly
A movable railing assembly includes a first railing segment having a first bogie and a first barrier coupled to the first bogie. The first bogie is configured to engage a track positioned below the first barrier and to facilitate movement of the first railing segment along the track, and the first barrier is configured to block access across the first railing segment. The movable railing assembly also includes a second railing segment having a second bogie and a second barrier coupled to the second bogie. The second bogie is configured to engage the track and to facilitate movement of the second railing segment along the track, and the second barrier is configured to block access across the second railing segment. Furthermore, the movable railing assembly includes a connector coupling the first railing segment to the second railing segment.
Cantilevered gate kit
The frame of a cantilevered gate is formed from upper and lower tracks, each of which is formed from a series of track sections. Adjacent track sections are spliced together. At the lower track, two mirror-image lower splicing elements fit over opposite sides of the joined track sections. At the upper track, a single upper splicing element forms an external connection between the track sections, while a splicing block forms an internal connection. Paired upper and lower track sections are joined by upright members. The upright members are seated at opposite ends within a tubular member of a track section. Each tubular member includes an elongate external fin to which pickets are attached.
System for detection of the position of the closing leaf for a barrier during its handling
A system for detecting the movement conditions of the leaf closing a barrier, the leaf being able to occlude a delimited opening or passage and in which the leaf itself is moved by a motor whose rotation shaft is associated with a motion transmission mechanism to the leaf. On the motor is present a first device for measuring the rotation of the rotation shaft, and a second measuring device is associated with a second rotation shaft being connected to the first shaft by a reduction gear with a reduction ratio that is non-integer.
SINGLE WHEEL LOWER ROLLER GUIDE ASSEMBLY FOR CANTILEVER GATES
A roller guide assembly for cantilever gates which improves existing designs by incorporating a single wheel lower roller guide. The single wheel roller guide assembly includes an elongated assembly body having an adjustment system that includes a guide wheel, a wheel axle member, an adjustment screw assembly and having a U-bolt at one end to facilitate attachment to a gate post. The guide wheel can be positioned in a longitudinal channel in the bottom of a cantilever gate and the adjustment system allows the guide wheel to be adjusted transversely in either direction relative to the cantilever gate through actuation of the adjustment screw assembly and fixed in place with the locking mechanism. In this regard, the adjustment system allows an installer to precisely set the cantilever gate's perpendicularity using a level, ensuring that the gate remains vertical during use.
