Folding and rigid ladder with scaffolding system
A scaffolding system is defined by a first primary platform connected to a first cantilevered ladder, a second primary platform connected to a second cantilevered ladder, and a work platform extending between and connected to the first and second primary platforms.
Outrigger for multi-function scaffold
A lightweight, multi-function scaffold includes an adjustable height platform that slidably mounts between two ladder frames and a plurality of outriggers to increase stability. The outriggers attach to the ladder frames of the scaffold and extend beyond an end of the scaffold in the longitudinal direction to increase the maximum base width. Increasing the maximum base width increases stability in the longitudinal dimension and reduces the risk of tipping the scaffold end over end when a user climbs the ladder frame to access the platform.
LADDER SUPPORT APPARATUS
A ladder support apparatus provides support and stability to a ladder. The ladder support apparatus includes a bracket, a friction-reducing segment, and a friction-inducing segment. The bracket is configured to be secured to a leg of the ladder. The friction-inducing segment is secured to the bracket and configured to interface with an underlying surface when the ladder support apparatus is in a default orientation relative to the underlying surface. The friction-reducing segment is secured to the bracket and configured to interface with the underlying surface when the ladder support apparatus is in an angled orientation relative to the underlying surface.
Stabilization and Anti-Rotation Apparatus for Scaffolding System
A stabilization and anti-rotation system provides for secure interconnection between a scaffolding work platform and two primary platforms, each of which is attached to a ladder, and prevents relative movement between the primary platforms and the scaffolding platform. A locating block is attached to a plate of each primary platform 402. A pair of spaced apart and vertically oriented guide blocks are attached to a facing plate on each end of the work platform and positioned so that a guide slot is defined between the blocks. When assembled, the locating block is closely captured between the guide blocks and the structure provides stability and prevents rotation of the work platform relative to the primary platforms.
Walkthrough and standoff mechanisms for ladders, ladders incorporating same and related methods
A ladder and ladder accessory are provided including an accessory that may be coupled to the ladder in multiple configurations and serve multiple purposes. In one embodiment, a pair of components are each selectively coupled with associated rails of a ladder in a first, stored state, and a second, walkthrough state. When in the walkthrough state, the components extend upwards from and above the rails so that a user may gasp the components and step between the components when transitioning from the ladder to an elevated surface (e.g., a roof) or vice versa. In another embodiment, the components may be coupled to the ladder such that they extend in a direction that is substantially transverse to a plane through which the rails extend. When in this transverse orientation, the components may be used as a stand-off device.
PLATFORM SYSTEM
A modular platform system utilizing a number of components including a platform. The platform is configured so that each of the components may interchangeably connect to any side of the platform. The components include, for example, handrails and stairways, as well as other platforms. The platform and most of the components are formed from single, continuous pieces of metal.
WHEELED PLATFORM SYSTEM
Platform systems can support a user at an elevated position while being drivable or mobile via wheels and a drive system. Rail assemblies can be folded or collapsed so that the platform system can be carried by a user from one location to another. Hand controls are operable by the user from the elevated position to move the platform systems across a ground surface and can have automatic braking capability. Each side of the platform system can be independently driven, thereby allowing zero point turning and other fine control maneuvers. Structures at the base of the platform system can limit or prevent tipping or tilting. A cage system can help keep a user on the platform(s). Platforms can be collapsed or stowed with the rest of the platform system.

Elevated Step Assist Apparatuses
An elevated step assist apparatus configured to support a load on a surface may include a transport assembly. The transport assembly may include a plurality of transport wheels configured to rest on the surface. A transport platform may be supported by the transport wheels. A load support assembly may be disposed over the transport assembly. The load support assembly may be deployable in an elevated, transport position in which the load support assembly is configured to be elevated with respect to the surface and a depressed, stationary load bearing position in which the load support assembly is configured to rest on the surface. The load support assembly may include a support assembly platform configured to receive the load. A plurality of support assembly legs may extend from the support assembly platform. A plurality of platform biasing devices may bias the load support assembly in the elevated, transport position.
LADDER CRAWLER
The ladder crawler for use with a ladder comprises C-shaped ladder leg engagement having a support platform and a ladder rung engagement portion adapted to removably attach to a ladder leg. The C-shaped ladder leg engagement may comprise front rollers adapted to ride on the front side of a ladder leg and back rollers adapted to bear against the back side of a the ladder leg. The support platform is attached to the C-shaped ladder leg engagement in spaced relation to the ladder rungs. Te rung engagement portion comprises a plurality of pawls disposed adjacent to an inside of the ladder leg. At least one of the plurality of pawls may be adapted to engage a ladder rung to hold the work platform adjacent to the rung when in a locked orientation.
