Rolling element with half lock
A drill bit includes a bit body having one or more blades extending therefrom, a plurality of cutters secured to the one or more blades, and a rolling element assembly positioned within a cavity defined on the bit body. The rolling element assembly includes a rolling element rotatable within the cavity about a rotational axis, and a retainer extendable within a retainer slot defined in the cavity to secure the rolling element within the cavity. The retainer and the cavity cooperatively encircle more than 180° but less than 360° of a circumference of the rolling element while leaving a full axial width of the rolling element exposed.

DRILL BIT FOR BORING EARTH AND OTHER HARD MATERIALS
The present disclosure provides a cutting head adapted to removably couple to a bit body of a drill bit assembly. The cutting head includes a leading cutting tip for cutting into earth and a trailing receiving portion for receiving a second end of the bit body in an internal cavity defined by the trailing receiving portion to allow the cutting head to be removably coupled to the second end of the bit body.
Drill Bit Inserts and Drill Bits Including Same
An insert for a drill bit includes a base portion having a central axis and a formation engaging portion. The formation engaging portion includes an elongate peaked ridge, a first flanking surface extending from the peaked ridge, and a second flanking surface extending from the peaked ridge. The first flanking surface is defined by a first curve rotated about a first axis and the second flanking surface is defined by a second curve rotated about a second axis. The first axis and the second axis are disposed in a reference plane that bisects the base portion and contains the central axis of the base portion. The first axis is disposed at a first radius measured in the reference plane and the second axis is disposed at a second radius measured in the reference plane. The first radius is different from the second radius.

POLYCRYSTALLINE DIAMOND ELEMENTS AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FABRICATING THE SAME
Polycrystalline diamond may include a working surface and a peripheral surface extending around an outer periphery of the working surface. The polycrystalline diamond includes a first volume including an interstitial material and a second volume having a leached region that includes boron and titanium. A method of fabricating a polycrystalline diamond element may include positioning a first volume of diamond particles adjacent to a substrate, the first volume of diamond particles including a material that includes a group 13 element, and positioning a second volume of diamond particles adjacent to the first volume of diamond particles such that the first volume of diamond particles is disposed between the second volume of diamond particles and the substrate, the second volume of diamond particles having a lower concentration of material including the group 13 element than the first volume of diamond particles.
