Pressure-regulating fluid transfer systems and methods
Various systems and methods for the pressure-regulated transfer of medical fluids are disclosed. The system can include an adapter assembly that connects with a medical container and with a syringe assembly. The syringe assembly can include a first reservoir and a second reservoir. In various embodiments, when the adapter assembly and the syringe assembly are coupled, the first reservoir and the container can exchange regulating fluid and the second reservoir and the container can exchange medical liquid from the medical container.
NEEDLE SAFETY SYSTEMS
Tissue access devices and methods of using the same are disclosed. The devices can have a sensor configured to occlude a flow path by deflecting a membrane into the flow path when the devices become dislodged from tissue. The sensor can be configured to partially or fully occlude the flow path. The sensor can have a spring. The spring can be biased to move the sensor from a sensor first configuration to a sensor second configuration when a force applied by the sensor first surface against a non-sensor surface changes from a first force to a second force less than the first force. The membrane can be deflected into the flow path when the sensor is in the sensor second configuration.
INFUSION SET WITH ROTATABLE HUB AND PROCESS
A hub member for an infusion set device includes a body and pads configured to receive a squeezing force directed radially inward relative to an axis of the body. The body compresses radially inward relative to the axis in response to the squeezing force. A plurality of connection features on the body are moveable from a first position radially inward toward a second position when the hub member is compressed radially inward. The connection features engage one or more further connection features on a housing to attach the hub member to the housing when the connection features are in the first position, and disengage the further connection features to release the hub member when the connection features are moved toward the second position.

LIQUID TRANSFER DEVICE WITH DUAL LUMEN IV SPIKE
A liquid transfer device includes a vial adapter that receives a vial. The vial adapter includes a vial spike that punctures a vial stopper of the vial and defines a vial spike lumen. The liquid transfer device also includes an intravenous (IV) port that receives a port spike of an infusion set. The liquid transfer device also includes a connector body including a vial adapter lumen in fluid communication with the vial spike lumen, a barrel connected to the IV port, and an IV spike including a central wall. The central wall defines a first IV spike lumen in fluid communication with the vial adapter lumen and a second IV spike lumen in fluid communication with the IV port. The first IV spike lumen and the second IV spike lumen are separated by the central wall.

Drug Delivery Device with Container Access System and Related Method of Assembly
Drug delivery devices and related methods of assembly are disclosed. The drug delivery device may include a container including a wall with an interior surface and a seal member with an end surface. The interior surface of the wall and the end surface of the seal member may define a reservoir filled with a drug. A fluid pathway assembly may be connected to the container and include an overmold member that covers a length of a container access needle and which defines an enclosed space with the seal member. The overmold member may be moveable relative to the seal member to carry the container access needle between a storage position, where a point of the container access needle is disposed exterior to the reservoir, and a delivery position, where the point extends through the end surface of the seal member into the reservoir.

Ambulatory device and components thereof
Certain embodiments provide multi-medicament or single medicament infusion systems for preventing the cross-channeling or improper delivery of medicaments. The system may include one or more of an infusion pump, medicament cartridges, cartridge connectors, a multi-channel fluid conduit, and an infusion set. The medicament cartridges may be sized and shaped differently such that the medicament reservoirs can only be inserted into the pump under selected configurations.
