ONE-PIECE PRODUCTION/ANNULUS BORE STAB WITH INTEGRAL FLOW PATHS
One illustrative production/annulus bore stab disclosed herein includes a one-piece body that comprises a first cylindrical outer surface and a second cylindrical outer surface and a plurality of individual fluid flow paths defined entirely within the one-piece body. In this illustrative example, each of the individual fluid flow paths is fluidly isolated from one another and each of the fluid flow paths comprise a first inlet/outlet at a first end of the fluid flow path that is positioned in the first cylindrical outer surface and a second inlet/outlet at a second end of the fluid flow path that is positioned in the second cylindrical outer surface.
Assembly method for communicating with line in wellhead
An assembly is used for chemical injection through a wellhead to a capillary line in a well. A capillary hanger installs in the wellhead to support the capillary line. A no-return valve of the capillary hanger prevents fluid communication uphole from the supported capillary line. An injection module mounts above a gate valve on the wellhead and includes a movable mandrel disposed therein. Hydraulic pressure applied to a piston chamber in the module extends the mandrel through the open gate valve so that a distal end of the mandrel can open the no-return valve. At this point, chemical injection introduced into the module can communicate through a flow bore of the extended mandrel, through the open non-return valve, and on through the supported capillary line in the well.

Wellhead assembly
A wellhead is provided. The wellhead comprises a high pressure wellhead housing; a casing hanger assembly located within the high pressure wellhead housing; and a casing supported on the casing hanger assembly. The casing hanger assembly is arranged so that the casing is able to move relative to the high pressure wellhead housing. This may be to accommodate well growth experienced by the wellhead during use.
BACK PRESSURE VALVE WITH LATCHING ENGAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
This disclosure presents a latch back pressure valve for use with a wellhead assembly. The latch back pressure valve includes a body and at least one seal extending circumferentially around the body. A plurality of extendable latches are supported by the body and configured to engage with corresponding locking grooves. A poppet is configured to be displaced to open a passageway through the body. A hold-down ring is configured to engage a miming tool such that rotation of the miming tool causes the plurality of extendable latches to an extended position.
Single run preloaded casing hanger and annulus seal assembly and methods of use thereof
A running tool having an annulus seal assembly and casing hanger attached thereto may be sent into to the wellhead to lock and preload the casing hanger in a single trip. The running tool may be rotated a first time to drop the annulus seal assembly on the casing hanger, a first pressure may be applied axially above the annulus seal assembly to set the annulus seal assembly, the running tool may be rotated a second time to close a gap between the annulus seal assembly and the wellhead, and a second pressure may be applied axially above the annulus seal assembly to preload the casing hanger.

Double grip retention for wellbore installations
A wellhead assembly with a gripping device for securing multiple components of the wellhead assembly is provided. In one embodiment, a system includes a wellhead housing mounted above a hollow body, such that an axial bore extends through the wellhead housing and the hollow body, and a wellhead hanger positioned within the axial bore. The system also includes a clamp that provides a first grip that secures the wellhead housing to the hollow body and a second grip that secures the wellhead hanger within the axial bore. The second grip includes elastic deformation, via the clamp, of at least one of the wellhead housing or the hollow body into tight engagement with an exterior of the wellhead hanger to secure the wellhead hanger at the location within the axial bore. Additional systems, devices, and methods are also disclosed.

Subsea casing hanger running tool with anti-rotation feature and method for rotating casing into complex and deviated wellbores
A downhole tool for transmitting rotation to a casing string includes a tool body having a bore extending from a first end to a second end. The downhole tool also includes a cam positioned within the tool body, the cam being axially translatable along an axis of the bore. The downhole tool further includes a recess, formed in an outer diameter of the cam. The downhole tool includes a locking mechanism, positioned at least partially within the tool body. The locking mechanism includes a tool key. The locking mechanism also includes a biasing member, the biasing member driving the tool key toward the retracted position.
