An improved particulate metering system is provided. The system includes an air flow origin and a plurality of particulate accelerators. A single particulate source is in communication with the particulate accelerators. Each of a plurality of operated conveyances can be in operable communication with the single particulate source and one of the particulate accelerators. The system includes a confluence of the air flow and the particulate within the mixing area of each of the particulate accelerators. Each of a plurality of discharges can be associated with the particulate accelerators. The operated conveyances can operate at different rates. The system can include one or more gearboxes adapted to be inverted and controlled by a second drive system. The improved system and controls provide variable application rates of particulate across rows in a field.

Solid Distribution Systems for an Agricultural Spreader
A solid distribution system of an agricultural spreader includes a blower, a manifold having an inlet and a plurality of outlets and coupled to the blower, and a plurality of hoses. The manifold is configured to split air flow from the blower into flows through each of the plurality of outlets. Each hose is connected to one of the manifold outlets. A plurality of parallel rigid tubes are each connected to one of the hoses. A product hopper is configured to deliver solid particulate material to the rigid tubes without passing through the manifold or hoses. Vehicles having such solid distribution systems are also disclosed.
TRACTOR WITH INJECTOR FOR DEEP APPLICATION AND MIXING OF AMENDMENT WITH SOIL
Embodiments of the present invention relate to soil conditioning/amending equipment for use with a tractor or similar hauling equipment to improve soil conditions of a vineyard, orchard, field, or the like. Embodiments of the soil conditioning equipment include a leading bow-shaped structure that cuts through the soil when dragged from the surface by the tractor, etc. The bow shaped structure (injector) is part of an open chute that moves thorough the soil to break up the soil and create an opening for soil amendment to fall through. Compost and/or other soil amendments are poured on a conveyor and into the void landing roughly 1-3 feet below the soil line. The soil and amendments are mixed together in the wake of the injector by waterfall-like currents both above and below the soil line as the void in the soil collapses as the tractor moves forward.

System and method for feed control in a spreader
A feed control system for a spreader includes a section configuration module configured to output a section configuration and a section control module configured to receive the section configuration, determine a first actuator position based on the section configuration, and determine a second actuator position based on the section configuration. The feed control system also includes a belt speed module configured to receive the section configuration, receive a commanded belt speed, and determine a target belt speed based on (i) the section configuration and (ii) the commanded belt speed.

An agricultural machine includes a product bin configured to store particulate material; a conveyor configured to draw the particulate material from the product bin; a distribution plate including a plurality of apertures; and a sectional control funnel box mounted on the distribution plate. The sectional control funnel box is configured to receive particulate material from the conveyor, and has a plurality of chutes extending therethrough and connecting the sectional control funnel box to the distribution plate. Distribution lines are configured to receive particulate material from a single aperture of the distribution plate and provide the particulate material to a distribution point of the distribution line. A system controller is configured to individually control a flow of the particulate material to each distribution line based on a location of the agricultural machine. Related systems and methods are also disclosed.
