Passive start drip chamber
A drip chamber is described that is used in medical infusion therapy, wherein the drip chamber utilizes valving to control flow of one or more fluids to a patient. The drip chamber includes a body forming a chamber, wherein fluid may enter via two or more flow ports, and an output port, where fluid may exit the chamber. A float controls fluid flow through one or more flow ports into the chamber such that the flow exiting the chamber may be limited to a single fluid or a combination of the fluids entering the chamber. The float is configured to be retained within the chamber, and the float moves within the chamber based on a level of fluid within the chamber. The control characteristics of the float are determinable by attributing specific buoyancy and dimensions to the float.
SYSTEMS, APPARATUS, AND METHODS FOR FILTERING AIR FROM A FLUID LINE
In some embodiments, a housing can define a reservoir. A lower cap can be coupled to the housing and define an outlet, and an upper cap can be coupled to the housing and can define an inlet. The upper cap can include an extending portion extending laterally a distance beyond an outermost extending portion of the lower cap relative to a central axis of the housing such that, when the lower cap and the extending portion of the upper cap contact a horizontal surface, the central axis of the housing is transverse to the surface and a sealing member is configured to sealingly engage a sealing surface of a valve seat prior to a liquid fluid level within a reservoir decreasing below a minimum threshold fluid level.

PASSIVE RESTART Y-SITE
A fluid delivery Y-site is described that is configured to receive and control delivery of two or more fluid flows. Fluid flow is controlled within a chamber by a valve and float. Flow of a primary fluid into the chamber is reduced or halted by the movement of a valve. The valve may occlude a first flow port into the chamber in response fluid flowing from a second flow port into the chamber. A float is moveably disposed within the chamber and configured to engage the valve in response a fluid flow into the chamber from the second flow port. As fluid flow from the second flow port into the chamber is reduced or ceases, the valve and float allow the flow from the primary flow port to once again enter the chamber and exit from an outlet port.

Syringe with indicator float
A syringe assembly may include a syringe having a distal end, a proximal end, and a sidewall extending between the distal end and the proximal end and defining an interior volume; and an indicator float provided in the interior volume of the syringe. The indicator float may be buoyant such that the indicator float is movable between the distal end and the proximal end of the syringe based on a fluid fill level within the interior volume of the syringe.

Intravenous fluid supply device
Provided is an intravenous fluid supply device that automatically extrudes and injects a predetermined amount of an infusion fluid at regular time intervals in a manipulated manner, regardless of the position of an infusion bag, using a microprocessor technology. The intravenous fluid supply device includes an extrusion means and a control means. The control means includes: an input means that sets an extrusion repetition cycle of the motor and a total amount of injection; a detection means that detects a top dead center of a motor fixing plate; a motor driving means that activates the motor; a microcontroller that controls the motor driving means according to a detection result of the detection means; and an LED lighting means that allows for monitoring of the flow of the infusion fluid according to the control of the microcontroller.
