The injection device may be communicatively connected to a control unit so as to provide a dermal injection system.

HANDHELD MEDICAL COOLING DEVICE FOR COOLING A TARGET AREA OF A SUBJECT PATIENT FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT AND METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a device and a method for cooling living tissues for a medical purpose and other purposes. The cooling device comprises: a container configured to accommodate a cooling medium and thermally coupled with the cooling medium by directly contacting the cooling medium; a cooling generator configured to be thermally coupled with the container by a direct contact and thereby to provide cooling energy to the cooling medium; and a heat sink dissipating heat from the cooling generator, the heat sing being configured to be spaced apart from the cooling generator and to be thermally coupled with the cooling generator without a direct contact with the cooling generator.
INJECTION DEVICE
The invention relates to a needle delivery device comprising a device body; one or more skin pinching members attached to the device body, the skin pinching members being moveable to pinch a longitudinal fold of skin of a patient. The device also comprises a drive mechanism configured to drive a needle out of the device body and along a needle path into the longitudinal fold of skin pinched between the pinching members, and subsequently withdraw the needle, the needle path extending substantially parallel to the surface of the patient.
Method and apparatus for applying an anesthetic and bactericide
A method and an apparatus for applying an anesthetic that includes a receptacle having an upper end, a substantially hollow interior, a lower end having a tube or nozzle extending therefrom, and an attachment for attaching to the barrel of a syringe or vice versa. The receptacle receives a container or canister containing an endothermic gas or vapor (propellant) that rapidly absorbs heat when released to the atmosphere. A depressible actuating member or trigger propels the gas or vapor through an outlet nozzle that is oriented to project a stream of gas or vapor along a delivery axis that intersects a delivery axis of the needle, therefore, the gas or vapor can be successively delivered to an injection site with minimal repositioning of the housing.

The kit for locating a vein is configured for use in inserting an intravenous (IV) catheter into a targeted vein of a patient. The kit for locating a vein is a transparent structure. The kit for locating a vein: a) removably attaches to the skin of the patient; b) numbs the skin of the patient; c) generates a vasomotor response; d) provides the ability to insert the IV catheter into the targeted vein while the kit for locating a vein remains attached to the patient; and, e) forms a dressing that captures bodily fluids. The kit for locating a vein comprises a parchment sheeting, a working media, a transparent pocket, and a plurality of apertures. The parchment sheeting, the working media, and the transparent pocket form a transparent composite textile structure. The plurality of apertures are apertures that are formed through the composite textile structure.
