A drug delivery device for delivering a medicament includes a housing arranged to contain a container, a receiver coil, and an energy storage unit. The receiver coil is arranged to receive energy from a transmitter coil by electromagnetic induction. The energy storage unit is arranged to be charged by at least a portion of the energy received by the receiver coil. At least a portion of the energy received by the receiver coil is converted to heat energy. The receiver coil is arranged in the drug delivery device to transfer the heat energy to the container to heat medicament contained in the container. A system comprising the drug delivery device is also disclosed.

Injector Device

A drug delivery device comprises an outer surface and a region for receiving a medicament container. The region has an inner surface to contact and support a medicament container received therein. The device also includes a thermal bridge extending between the inner surface and the outer surface to conduct heat between the inner surface and the outer surface. The thermal bridge has a thermal conductivity equal to or greater than 10W/mk.

A pen-like syringe system includes: a syringe holder for receiving a syringe having a syringe barrel and a plunger guided for movement in the barrel; and a drive housing connected to the syringe holder. To provide an ergonomic syringe system which allows advantageous operation of the system and guarantees safe and focused injection or drawing of a substance the drive housing includes an electric delivery device operated by an integrated power supply for applying pneumatic pressure or negative pressure to the plunger, with the delivery device connected via a drive channel to the plunger and actuatable by a button arranged on the syringe system; and the pen-like syringe system has a vent duct with a first end, which is connected to the drive channel, and a second end, which is connected to the surroundings via an opening, with the opening closable by pressing the button.

Thawing biological substances

Dry thawing systems and devices for thawing biological substances are provided herein. Methods for thawing biological substances are also provided.

Drug delivery system with temperature-sensitive control

A drug delivery system includes a reservoir and a drug delivery device coupled to the reservoir. The drug delivery device also may include at least one temperature-sensitive component and a lock having locked and unlocked states. The system further includes an output device, and a controller coupled to the lock and the output device. The controller may also include a temperature sensor, or may be coupled to the temperature sensor. The controller is programmed or configured to determine if the temperature of a drug in the reservoir or of the temperature-sensitive component exceeds an upper limit or is below a lower limit, and to activate the lock in either event. The controller is also programmed or configured to determine, directly or indirectly, if the temperature subsequently is between the upper and lower limits, and to unlock lock as a consequence.

Circulation pipeline for intracavity hyperthermic perfusion

Provided is a circulation pipeline (10) for intracavity hyperthermic perfusion, the circulation pipeline comprising a heating tank (100), a liquid intake pipeline (101), a liquid discharge pipeline (102), a circulating pump (200), a pre-filling pipeline (103), a liquid return pipeline (104), a cavity entry pipeline (105) and a cavity exit pipeline (106), wherein a liquid storage cavity (100a) is formed in the heating tank (100), and the liquid intake pipeline (101) is in communication with the liquid storage cavity (100a). A medicinal liquid enters the liquid storage cavity (100a) of the heating tank (100) through the liquid intake pipeline (101).
