GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE (GUI) FOR HEIGHT AND ROTATIONAL ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM FOR A PLURALITY OF SPRAY GUNS USED IN A LINE STRIPER
Disclosed within are various methods for adjusting height and rotation of a spray gun used in a line striper via a graphical user interface (GUI) in a control device.
HEIGHT AND ROTATIONAL ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM FOR ONE OR MORE SPRAY GUNS USED IN A LINE STRIPER
Disclosed is a height and rotational adjustment system for a spray gun used in a line striper comprising: (a) a control device to set a dimension of a line to be sprayed and set an angle at which the line is to be sprayed; (b) a spray gun mount bar having a gun holder assembly to retain a spray gun; (c) a height adjustment mechanism coupled to the spray gun mount bar; (d) an angular adjustment mechanism coupled to the spray gun mount bar; and wherein the control device transmits signals (e.g., wirelessly) to: (1) the height adjustment mechanism to raise or lower the spray gun mount bar to spray the line with the dimension in (a), and (2) the angular adjustment mechanism to rotate, in a clockwise or counter-clockwise manner, the spray gun mount bar to spray the line at the angle in (a).
Height and rotational adjustment system for one or more spray guns used in a line striper
A system and method have been shown for the effective implementation of a height and rotational adjustment system for one or more spray guns for use in a line striper.
Systems and methods for automating the application of friction-modifying coatings
A system and method for the application of friction-modifying coatings to roadways, walkways, pathways and other areas subject to vehicular, human or animal traffic, the system and method comprising the controlled, simultaneous application of binder and filler to a surface of a substrate, using a mobile device which passes over the substrate as the binder and filler are being applied. The system includes a frame coupled to a vehicle. A binder applicator is mounted on the frame and includes an array of spray nozzles coupled to a resin container. An air knife is mounted on the frame and coupled to an air compressor for generating an air curtain. An aggregate dispenser bar including at least one aggregate dispenser is coupled to an aggregate bin and mounted on the frame for dispensing aggregate.
SPREADING DEVICE FOR SPREADING VEHICLES
A spreading device is disclosed for spreading vehicles for discharging spreading agents. The spreading device includes at least one tank for receiving liquid spreading agents to be spread and at least one rotationally-driven discharge device, connected via a provided supply unit to the tank. The discharge device has at least one base body and one cover securely connected to the base body, wherein the base body defines a receiving chamber (AR) for the supplied liquid spreading agent and is in the shape of a cylinder. The base body has at least one bottom section, forming an underside (U) of the discharge device, with an inlet opening and at least one wall section projecting from the bottom section and concentrically surrounding an axis of rotation (RA). The discharge device has multiple discharge units, each having a discharge opening, for dispensing the liquid spreading agent from the receiving chamber (AR).
Calibration system and method for a spraying machine
A paving system may include a paving machine, including a paving material delivery assembly, including a hopper, a conveyor assembly, an auger, and a screed. The paving machine may also include an emulsion fluid delivery assembly including a plurality of spray bars, wherein each spray bar includes one or more nozzles. The paving system may also include a controller and a display interface. The controller may be configured to receive inputs from the display interface indicative of a mass and an area of emulsion fluid delivered from one active nozzle in order to calibrate the emulsion fluid delivery assembly.
Machine, system and method for resurfacing existing roads
A method of resurfacing exposed surfaces of existing roads, and a resurfaced road. The method may include forming stress absorbing membrane interlayers (SAMIs) over the exposed surface of the existing road. The SAMIs may include a first layer of a binding material and a fiber material. The method may also include disposing an asphalt mixture directly over the SAMIs. The disposed asphalt mixture may cover the SAMIs. Additionally, the method may include shaping the asphalt mixture disposed over the SAMIs.
HEIGHT AND ROTATIONAL ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM FOR A PLURALITY OF SPRAY GUNS USED IN A LINE STRIPER
A system and method have been shown for the effective implementation of a height and rotational adjustment system for a plurality of spray guns for use in a line striper.
Automatic water spray milling for cold planer
A spray system for a cold planer machine includes a spray bank disposed inside a housing and arranged to spray fluid directed at a drum and a spray controller. The spray controller is configured to receive an indication of either one of a milling operation and a plunge cut operation is occurring and actuate fluid spray via the spray bank based at least in part on the received indication.
CLEANING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A SPRAYING SYSTEM
A spraying system for a road construction machine includes an emulsion fluid delivery system including an emulsion fluid supply, an emulsion pump, at least one spray bar with one or more nozzles, and flow conduits arranged to convey emulsion through the emulsion fluid delivery system. The spraying system may include a cleaning fluid tank containing a cleaning fluid, where the cleaning fluid tank is fluidly coupled to the emulsion fluid delivery system during a cleaning process. The spraying system may also include a flow monitoring system configured to monitor the amount of cleaning fluid delivered from the cleaning fluid tank to the emulsion fluid delivery system, where the flow monitoring system is configured to provide an indication regarding the amount of cleaning fluid delivered to the emulsion fluid delivery system during the cleaning process.
