A boom includes a first end coupled to the attachment plate via a pivot hinge and a lift hinge. A hydraulic lift cylinder is coupled to the attachment plate and the boom in order to move the boom about the lift hinge, and a hydraulic pivot cylinder is coupled to the attachment plate and the boom in order to move the boom about the pivot hinge. A roller is attached to a second end of the boom via a tilt hinge and a twist hinge. A hydraulic tilt cylinder is coupled to the roller and the boom in order to move the roller about the tilt hinge, and a hydraulic twist cylinder is coupled to the roller and the boom in order to move the roller about the twist hinge.
Control system and method for controlling operation of an edge forming tool of a compactor
A control system for controlling operation of an edge forming tool associated with a compactor. The control system includes a position sensor for outputting a current position of the edge forming tool relative to a frame of the compactor. The control system further includes a controller disposed in communication with the position sensor. The controller is configured to receive the current position of the edge forming tool from the position sensor. Further, the controller is configured to move the edge forming tool from its current position to a desired position based, at least in part, on the received current position of the edge forming tool.

Berm roller
An attachment roller that attaches to a vehicle includes a main body, a plurality of rolling members, and at least one attachment arm. The rolling members are attached to the main body such that movement of the vehicle causes the rolling members to rotate and move the attachment roller. The at least one attachment arm is attached to the vehicle and the main body of the attachment roller. When the attachment roller is attached to the vehicle by the at least one attachment arm, the attachment roller has a path of travel that is not aligned on or within and is substantially parallel to a path of travel of the vehicle.
SLOPE TRIMMING ATTACHMENT AND WORKING MACHINE
A slope trimming attachment includes a base, a first cutting device, a leveling mechanism and a turning mechanism. The first cutting device and the leveling mechanism are respectively arranged on the turning mechanism. The turning mechanism is rotatably arranged on the base and is configured to be able to adjust an angle of the cutting surface of the first cutting device relative to the slope surface and an angle of the leveling surface of the leveling mechanism relative to the slope surface through rotation. A working machine with the disclosed slope trimming attachment is not only convenient to operate, but also realizes the simultaneous execution of cutting, leveling and compacting operations on the slope surface, improves the construction efficiency of the slope surface trimming, and thereby ensuring the construction quality.
Articulating rolling compactor attachment
A skid steer rolling compactor attachment may include a universal attachment plate configured to attach to the skid steer. A boom extending from the attachment plate may pivot about at least one articulating hinge attached to the boom. The boom may be configured to move a roller to compact a ground surface as the skid steer travels in a forward direction. In order to prevent roll-overs on uneven surfaces, the skid steer may be operated on a level surface and articulate the boom such that the roller contacts the ground parallel to the direction of travel. The skid steer may then compact inclined surfaces while travelling on level surfaces thus improving worker safety.
Road finishing machine with transverse profile control
A road finishing machine comprises a screed, which includes at least one compacting unit. The road finishing machine furthermore comprises a GNSS receiver, as well as a material conveyor. The road finishing machine furthermore comprises an electronic control system which comprises a memory and a data processor, wherein in the memory, digital construction data, in particular a nominal height profile of a road pavement to be finished, are stored. The control system is configured to automatically control, based on the construction data, an actuator mechanism provided on the road finishing machine, in particular a levelling cylinder and/or a transverse camber adjustment and/or a slope adjustment and/or a berm adjustment, in order to install laying material with the nominal height profile and thereby a defined transverse profile for the respective position coordinate point of the road finishing machine determined with the GNSS receiver.
BERM ROLLER
An attachment roller that is configured to attach to a vehicle includes a main body, a plurality of rolling members, and at least one attachment arm. The rolling members are attached to the main body such that the rolling members are able to rotate and move the attachment roller. The at least one attachment arm is attached to the main body and configured to attach to the vehicle. When the attachment roller is attached to the vehicle by the at least one attachment arm, the attachment roller has a path of travel that is not aligned on or within and is substantially parallel to a path of travel of the vehicle.
Method for controlling a self-propelled construction machine to account for identified objects in a working direction
A self-propelled construction machine has an image capturing unit for capturing an image of the terrain, a display unit on which the captured image is displayed, and a data processing unit. In the displayed image, objects that are relevant to the building project, for example manhole covers, water inlets or curbs, are identified and a spatial data set containing information regarding the position of the identified objects in a reference system which is independent of the movement of the construction machine is determined from the image data of the capturing unit. The construction machine is then controlled in order to carry out translational and/or rotational movements on the terrain and/or to install a structure on the terrain or to alter the terrain on the basis of the spatial data set. As a result, the previously identified objects can be taken into account in the building project.
