Bollard assembly with stress control device
A bollard assembly includes a bollard post, a ground sleeve configured to receive the bollard post, and a stress control device positioned adjacent to the ground sleeve. The stress control device has a face plate and a plurality of support plates secured to a back surface of the face plate. The support plates are angularly space from one another at equal angles and extend radially inward from the back surface towards the ground sleeve such that the ground sleeve fits between the plurality of support plates.
STRUCTURE OF SIGN POLE AND SIGN POLE
A structure of a sign pole is provided. The sign pole includes a tubular member that has a predetermined outer diameter, a predetermined inner diameter, and a predetermined thickness. In a state in which the sign pole is embedded in a ground, the sign pole includes a reinforcement portion having a thickness different from the predetermined thickness while maintaining the predetermined outer diameter in a first range from a first position equal to or lower than a level of a ground surface to a second position located a predetermined distance above the level of the ground surface. The reinforcement portion has a thickness larger than the predetermined thickness.
Helical pile foundation system
A post foundation system is provided. The system has a shaft with a helical disk attached to one end and a post support attached to the other end. The helical disk drives the shaft into the ground as a rotational force is applied to the shaft. A fin section is rotatably coupled about the shaft between its first and second ends. The fin section can have one or more fins extending outwardly from the shaft. The fin section engages the ground to stabilize the post foundation system as the shaft of the post foundation system is driven into the ground.

Shallow mount bollard
A bollard assembly includes a bottom plate with a forward edge and an aft edge, an elongated member mounted on the bottom plate and extending from a forward end to an aft end in a direction from the forward edge toward the aft edge, a bollard secured to the bottom plate with a bollard section of the elongated member disposed inside of the bollard, flat bars mounted on the bottom plate on opposite sides of the elongated member diverging away from the elongated member in a direction from the forward end of the elongated member toward the aft end of the elongated member, and a top plate having a smaller perimeter than the bottom plate mounted on the elongated member and the flat bars with the bollard extending above the top plate.
DEVICE FOR FORMING POST SLEEVES AND RELATED METHODS
A method of forming a post sleeve within a post hole in the ground to include a post receiving cavity to insertably receive and support a post is provided. The method includes positioning a post sleeve core within the post hole with the aid of an elongate installation member and depositing uncured material into the post hole to at least partially surround the post sleeve core while the post sleeve core is attached to the elongate installation member. The method further includes allowing the uncured material to harden around the post sleeve core to form at least a portion of the post-receiving cavity of the post sleeve and removing the post sleeve core from the hardened material to expose the post receiving cavity to receive and support the post. Other related methods of forming post sleeves are also provided.

Barrier System and Barrier System Installation Method
Disclosed herein is a bollard system including an impact receiving post and a foundation cage. The impact receiving post includes an outer surface, a proximal end, and a distal end. The foundation cage defines a three-dimensional lattice structure. The foundation cage is coupled to the proximal end of the impact receiving post and is configured for installation in concrete beneath a ground surface. The foundation cage defines a recess to receive a proximal portion of the impact receiving post. The foundation cage includes a horizontal stop member at least partially extending across the recess and supporting the impact receiving post and preventing the impact receiving post from extending further into the foundation cage before the concrete sets.
