Method and device for disposal of waste including, without limitation, human or animal waste. Disposal device includes a bag-like member coupled to an absorbent member. The bag-like member may be folded for compact storage prior to use and unfolded during use thereof. A method for collecting, removing, and/or disposing of waste utilizing the disposal device including the steps of: unfolding the bag-like member; inserting a hand therein; collecting waste with the absorbent member; inverting the bag-like member so as to effectively wrap the absorbent member and waste within the bag-like member; optionally sealing the bag-like member; and disposing of the disposal device, the waste contained within the disposal device.

Connection edges are arranged on the sides of the opening of the paper bag, the connection edges are bent to form connection holes through adhesion with an outer side face of the paper bag, the triangular framework is in fixed connection with the opening of the paper bag through the connection holes, the triangular framework includes a first, second and third supporting rods, both ends of the third supporting rod are in movable connection with the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod respectively through a hinge, the hinge includes a first sleeve and a second sleeve, a neck is formed at an upper end of the first sleeve, and the second sleeve is movably installed in the neck through a connection shaft and the connection holes.

Pet waste receptacle
A waste receptacle for storing pet waste is provided. The waste receptacle includes a substantially planar base, peripheral sidewalls extending from the base, and an upper opening defining an interior volume configured to store animal waste therein. The peripheral sidewalls each include an upper portion connected to a lower portion. The upper portion includes ridges thereon so that a user can grip the upper portion and so that the user will not feel the pet waste when picking it up using the waste receptacle. In some embodiments, the lower portion of the waste receptacle is rigid so as to further avoid the sensation of contact between the user's hand and the pet waste stored in the waste receptacle.

A touchless disposable pet feces device is a clamshell-type device that provides a simple, civilized way to pick up animal fecesthus meeting a basic need for improved sanitation in populated areas. The touchless disposable pet feces device eliminates the unpleasant tactile feel of picking up pet feces by hand. With a pair of handles on one end and a plurality of curved tines on the other end with a hinge powered by a spring or rubber band in the middle, the user can squeeze the handles together to open up the curved tines, center the curved tines over pet feces, and release the pressure on the handles allowing the spring or rubber band to close the curved tines around the feces. Because the touchless disposable pet feces device is designed and made of low cost materials it can then be disposed of after a single use.
