A clearing vehicle comprises a supporting frame (3) and a sweeper-blower arrangement (4), which is adjustably pivotable around a vertical axis (5) which runs through the clearing vehicle with respect to the supporting frame (3) and comprises a blow-air device (8). Furthermore, a blower (6) is arranged at the supporting frame (3), wherein blow-air is conducted from the blower (6) through the hollow body (7) to the blow-air device (8). The hollow body (7) and the blow-air device (8) are brought in blow-air connection by a first pivoting movement from a transport position to a working position. The blow-air connection between the hollow body (7) and the blow-air device (8) is removed by a second pivoting movement from the working position to the transport position.

POWER UNIT WITH SALT SPREADER AND SALT SPREADER FOR USE THEREWITH

Skid-steer type power unit engageable with an implement using an attachment assembly including an attachment frame and a hitch. An arcuate frame member is located forwardly of the attachment frame and is engaged therewith in such a way that the frame member pivots about a vertical axis located forwardly of the frame member and generally centrally positioned relative to the attachment frame. The frame member pivots in response to actuation of a hydraulic cylinder. The power unit includes a system for transferring weight of the implement rearwardly onto the power unit. A belt-drive power-take off system on the power unit powers the implement's operation. An underbelly drop spreader is located between the front and rear wheels of the power unit and a brine delivery system distributes brine from nozzles located rearwardly of the rear wheels. A unique control panel permits operation of all systems on the power unit and implement.

This invention relates to the art of removing snow from driveways, walkways, roads, and the like. The snow removing system removes snow from the driveway and disposes it. The system can be operated by a person or by a computer program or by remote controller. The system comprises of components that are relatively small that can be easily assembled and stowed away after use. The system is easy use and does not require manual labor other than an easy setup and dismantle operations.

AN ATTACHMENT FOR A PRIME MOVER

An attachment (60) for a wheeled work vehicle (2) for clearing snow comprises a support housing (3) which rotatably carries an elongated cylindrical brush (5) and a plough blade (4), with the plough blade (4) and the brush (5) alternately operable between a lower operative state and an upper inoperative state. End elements (62) are pivotally coupled about vertical pivot axes adjacent respective opposite ends (15,16) of the plough blade (4). The end elements (62) are pivotal about a main vertical pivot axis (64) between a plurality of forward and rearward states through respective outward states. A coupling mechanism (7) couples the attachment (1) to the wheeled work vehicle (2) so that the support housing (3) is slewable between a transverse state and respective maximum offset states. When the housing (3) is in the transverse state with the plough blade (4) in the transverse state, the end elements (62) may be configured in a plurality of working states relative to the plough blade (4), for example, with the end elements (62) in respective first forward states, in respective first rearward states and with one of the end elements in an outward state and the other in a first forward or a first rearward state. When the support element (3) is in one of the offset states with the plough blade (4) in a corresponding offset angled state relative to the transverse state, the end elements (62) are operable in a plurality of working states including second forward and rearward states with the end elements extending either forwardly or rearwardly relative to the plough blade (4) and parallel to the direction of normal forward motion of the wheeled work vehicle (2) or in respective outward states extending outwardly and substantially aligned with the plough blade (4).
