SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND MACHINES FOR DRIVING MULTIPLE FOUNDATION COMPONENTS AT ONCE
A machine for driving a pair of screw anchors at substantially the same time. An attachment supports a pair of independent drive assemblies. Each assembly consists of a rotary driver and tool driver that moves along respective driving arms to independently drive a pair of screw anchors into supporting ground at different angles. Each assembly may move with respect to the machine independently to drive anchors into the ground in overlapping time, or both may rotate at once to drive anchors into the ground sequentially.
DEVICES AND METHODS FOR INSTALLING PILES INTO THE GROUND OR SEABED
The present invention relates to a support structure for supporting a top structure, in particular a wind turbine, above the ground or a seabed, the support structure comprising: one single support pile having a length and a first outer diameter, the one single support pile comprising an upper part configured and intended to extend above the ground or the seabed, wherein the upper part of the support pile is configured to be connected to the top structure; a lower part configured to be in contact with the ground or seabed, wherein the support pile is configured to exert an upward vertical force on the top structure in order to carry the top structure; a plurality of foundation guides connected to the lower part of the single support pile, each foundation guide having an opening extending in a direction of the support pile.
DRIVE POINT FOR A PILE
A drive point for a substantially tubular driven pile, wherein the drive point can be fitted onto a pile end of the driven pile, wherein at least one first support limb with a first support surface configured to abut an end face of the pile end of the driven pile is arranged at an inside wall of the drive point, wherein at least one support device with a ground surface is arranged at an outer surface of the drive point, and wherein the ground surface of the at least one support device supports the drive point when on a ground into which the drive point is to be driven in a driving-in direction.
STEEL PIPE PILES AND PIPE PILE STRUCTURES
A pipe pile, for use in a foundation or a retaining wall, comprises a substantially cylindrical, and preferably steel, pipe body extending longitudinally between two opposite ends, the pipe body being formed of a plurality of pipe sections, interlocked or welded together end-to-end and arranged on a common central longitudinal axis between the two ends. All of the pipe sections have substantially the same outside diameter; however, two or more pipe sections have differing inside diameters, and thus a differing wall thickness, between the two ends of the pipe pile.
Mechanical Soil Stabilizer and Method for Soil Stabilization
A soil stabilizer assembly may include a pipe with a first end, a second end, and a sidewall defining a hollow shaft extending between the first and second ends; a stabilizer connectable to the second end of the pipe with a hollow body and a plurality of extensions extending radially outward from the body; and a cap connectable to the first end of the pipe including a receiving portion for receiving the first end of the pipe and a plate extending across the receiving portion. The hollow body of the stabilizer may be configured to receive the second end at least a portion of the sidewall of the pipe therethrough. The receiving portion of the cap may be configured to receive the first end and at least a portion of the hollow shaft of the pipe therein. The hollow shaft, hollow body, and receiving portion may be coaxially arranged.
DOUBLE EDGE UNDERGROUND BASE FOR STATIC STRUCTURE
An underground base configured for supporting an above-ground static structure that has a pair of plates each having a distal end, a proximal end, and a body portion between the distal end and the proximal end. The pair of plates are connected to each other to define a box section and a pair of flanges extending outwardly from opposing vertices of the box section. The base further has a plurality of brackets each connected to one of the plates at the proximal end, a base plate connected to the plurality of brackets, and an adjustment plate connected to the base plate via one or more adjustment fasteners. The adjustment plate is movable relative to the base plate via the one or more adjustment fasteners to adjust an orientation of the adjustment plate relative to the base plate.
MICROPILE CONNECTION FOR SUPPORTING A VERTICAL PILE
A micropile connection for supporting a vertical pile for a support system is disclosed herein. The micropile connection includes a base and two micropile sleeves attached thereto. The two micropile sleeves are configured to direct micropiles from opposing sides of the base across the base, such that the two micropiles cross through a vertical plane intersecting the base and between lateral edges of the base. The micropile connection is compact and easily attached to the pile, thereby resulting in mounting micropiles to the pile for additional support. Use of the micropile connection may decrease the time and expense associated with rectifying refusals.
AN APPARATUS AND A METHOD FOR NOISE ATTENUATION IN AN IMPACT PILE DRIVING DEVICE
The invention relates to an apparatus for noise attenuation in an impact pile driving device wherein the apparatus comprises a pile guide being attachable to the lower end of a hammer of an impact pile driving device. The apparatus according to the invention comprises compressing arrangement in connection with the pile guide having at least one compressing element and mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic compressing means for compressing a pile fitted in to the pile guide transversally by means the at least one compressing element. The invention relates also an impact pile driving device and a method for noise attenuation in an impact pile driving device.
DISPLACEMENT PILE AND PILE DRIVER ADAPTER
A bi-directional swing pile adapter includes a first ring; a first support arm; a second support arm; a first swivel connector to operatively connect the first ring to the first support arm in a swivel manner; a second swivel connector to operatively connect the first ring to the second support arm in a swivel manner; a pile coupling member to enable coupling to a pile; a third swivel connector to operatively connect the first ring to the pile coupling member in a swivel manner; and a fourth swivel connector to operatively connect the first ring to the pile coupling member in a swivel manner.
