Collar and anchor kits
Precast collars for screw type anchors that have a body made of a high strength composite or concrete material. The body having an opening to receive an anchor base head portion of an anchor so that a structure to be supported by the anchor is in direct contact with the anchor.
Foundation pile for a wind turbine and methods for manufacturing a foundation pile
The invention discloses a foundation pile having at least two interconnected part-cylinder segments which are each produced from a steel plate having a length extent and a width extent, wherein the foundation pile is characterized in that the respective part-cylinder segments are produced by bending the steel plates along their width extent, with the result that end edges extending along the width extent of the part-cylinder segments have a bending, in that a height extent of the respective part-cylinder segments is greater than their width extent, and in that the longitudinal edges of the part-cylinder segments that extend along the height extent of the part-cylinder segments are arranged parallel to one another. The present invention further discloses a method for producing a foundation pile according to the invention.
GROUND MOUNTING ASSEMBLY
A ground mounting assembly includes one or a plurality of posts, each attached to at least one stabilizing plate or scoop pyramid. The post may be driven into the ground and then lifted to deploy plates into a locking mechanism, or driven into the ground by a pile driver with plate held in place, released, and driven further and deployed into a locking mechanism, or driven into the ground and double pounded inside the post to drive reinforcing plate into slotted winglets, or driven, double pounded and rotated to extend the reinforcing plates horizontally from the pole or pile. The post also can used as a mooring in harbors, lakes, or at sea. A system based on a double pounder pile driven mono pole, optionally extendable in length, is also described.
Foundation pile for a wind turbine
The invention relates to a foundation pile comprising a stabilization device that is located within the foundation pile and is connected to at least two inner surface sections of the foundation pile; the stabilization device allows compressive and/or tensile forces to be transmitted such that the stabilization device counteracts lateral deformation and/or torsional deformation of the foundation pile.
SYSTEMS, METHODS AND MACHINES FOR DRIVING SCREW ANCHORS
A machine for driving a pair of screw anchors at substantially the same time. An attachment supports a pair of independent drive assemblies. Each assembly consists of a rotary driver and tool driver that moves along respective driving arms to independently drive a pair of screw anchors into supporting ground at different angles. Each assembly may move with respect to the machine independently to drive anchors into the ground in overlapping time, or both may rotate at once to drive anchors into the ground sequentially.
Corrugated shell bearing piles and installation methods
A bearing pile including a plurality of connected corrugated steel shells inserted into a subsoil and installation methodology of the same.
Pile coupling for helical pile/torqued in pile
A pile includes a first pile section having a first end that engages a supporting medium and an opposing second end. A first end of a second pile section is engageable with the second end of the first pile section, each of the first and second pile sections having mating end fittings that create an interlocking fit. A sleeve overlays the first and second engaged ends of the first and second pile sections. At least one through hole aligned with at least one corresponding through hole of the first pile section is sized for receiving a fastener for securing the sleeve to the first pile section. In another version, the ends of the pile section are engaged in contact while the overlaying sleeve has a pair of interlocking sleeve or coupler portions that are configured to provide torsional resistance. Additional pile sections can be sequentially attached to the second pile section.
Mechanical soil stabilizer and method for soil stabilization
A soil stabilizer assembly may include a pipe with a first end, a second end, and a sidewall defining a hollow shaft extending between the first and second ends; a stabilizer connectable to the second end of the pipe with a hollow body and a plurality of extensions extending radially outward from the body; and a cap connectable to the first end of the pipe including a receiving portion for receiving the first end of the pipe and a plate extending across the receiving portion. The hollow body of the stabilizer may be configured to receive the second end at least a portion of the sidewall of the pipe therethrough. The receiving portion of the cap may be configured to receive the first end and at least a portion of the hollow shaft of the pipe therein. The hollow shaft, hollow body, and receiving portion may be coaxially arranged.
Pile and method of carrying out construction by means of the same
A pile to be inserted into a beforehand excavated hole, includes a main body being comprised of a hollow pipe, a circular bottom plate fixed at a lower end of the main body coaxially with the main body, a through-hole being formed therethrough outside of the main body, a hollow test pipe having an outer diameter such that the test pipe can be detachably inserted into the through-hole, and a cap being attached to a lower surface of the bottom plate so as to close the through-hole, S1:S2=W1:W2, wherein S1 indicates a surface area of the bottom plate, S2 indicates a surface area of the cap, W1 indicates a weight of a second drop hammer to fall in the main body, and W2 indicates a weight of the first drop hammer.
