In some implementations, an ejection paddle may include a paddle body having an ejection surface and a mounting surface opposite the ejection surface, and a wear region projecting from the ejection surface and extending along a top edge of the paddle body and at least a portion of a first side edge and a second side edge of the paddle body. The paddle body may be recessed relative to the wear region.

According to the invention a switchover means is provided which is designed for switching the discharge means over to a flushing operation, in which a fluid flow generated by at least one discharge pump of the discharge means is generated onto at least one cutting wheel for flushing out the cutting wheel.

The first and second pivot axes are generally perpendicular relative to one another. The flexible motor mount further includes a component mounting plate attached to the motor housing and an intermediate plate coupled to the component mounting plate by the first pair of spherical connection joints. The intermediate plate is also coupled to the boom by the second pair of spherical connection joints.

The invention relates to a trench wall cutting device comprising a trench cutter having at least one cutting frame unit and at least two cutting wheels arranged in the longitudinal direction of the cutting frame unit and is configured for cutting a substantially vertical cutting trench in the ground, a supporting structure for suspending the trench cutter in a cutting position and moving it in a substantially vertical cutting direction for creating the cutting trench, and a feed device for feeding the trench cutter in a feeding direction which is oriented transversely to the cutting direction. According to the invention, it is provided that the feed device is configured for feeding the at least one cutting frame unit with the two cutting wheels in a transversely-oriented feed position, wherein the longitudinal direction of the cutting frame unit is oriented in parallel to the feeding direction, and that a pivoting device is provided by means of which the cutting frame unit with the cutting wheels can be pivoted from the transversely-oriented feed position into the substantially vertical cutting position.

Trenching system with hydraulically adjustable hub

A system for uncovering a trench. The system comprises several subsystems, including a work machine and a frame for providing a seal with the surface to be trenched with a saw blade contained therein. The blade is supported on a hub which is slidably movable relative to the frame by operation of a linear actuator, which may be a hydraulic cylinder or the like. The vertical location of the blade within the frame is continuously adjustable to create a deeper or shallower trench. A monitoring system is provided to monitor the vertical location from an operator station.

Trenching system

The system comprises several subsystems, including a work machine, a frame for providing a seal with the surface to be trenched, a saw blade, a vacuum system, a system for placing product, and a resealer. The blade includes rotatable tooth bits, which may be rotated and secured to create a blade for narrower or a wider trench. A removable cover and the blade are easily changeable. A surface engaging member on the frame is manipulated to maintain a seal with changing ground surfaces. Additionally, the vertical location of the blade within the frame is adjustable to create a deeper or shallower trench.

The first and second fastener openings of the replaceable holding block align with the first and second fastener openings of the support mount when the replaceable housing block is mounted to the block mounting surface. A tooth is secured to the replaceable holding block at the tooth opening.

The disclosure relates to a trench cutter with at least one milling wheel that is rotatably mounted on a bearing plate and has at least one adjustable cutting tool for crushing soil material, wherein the adjustable cutting tool comprises a base body that is movably mounted on the milling wheel and interacts with the bearing plate in such a way that the adjustable cutting tool moves automatically between a folded-in position and a folded-out position as a function of the angle of rotation when the milling wheel is rotated. The adjustable cutting tool can be moved from the folded-out position into the folded-in position via a first guide element that contacts the bearing plate. According to the disclosure, the first guide element is formed integrally with the base body and projects from the base body in the direction of the bearing plate on a side facing the bearing plate.
