Work machine control system, work machine, and work machine control method
A work machine control system that controls a work machine including a working device having a working tool that rotates about a shaft line includes: a target construction shape generation unit that generates a target construction shape indicating a target shape of a construction target of the work machine; a target shape calculation unit that calculates a control target shape which is a target shape when controlling rotation of the working tool from the target construction shape and calculates an extended target shape obtained by extending the control target shape; and a working device control unit that controls the rotation of the working tool about the shaft line based on a distance between the working tool and the control target shape and the extended target shape.
REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE FOR BOOM OF WORK MACHINE
A reinforcement structure that reinforces a boom of a work machine having a top plate, a pair of side plates, and a bottom plate forming an inner space therebetween. The plates are configured to form a curved portion at the middle of the boom along the longitudinal direction. The structure comprises a baffle disposed inside the boom rearward of the curved portion across the inner space. The baffle is a plate laterally bent so as to have a convex shape extending forward in the longitudinal direction. The reinforcement structure helps prevent twisting of the boom while dispersing stress concentrations in rear upper portions of the side plates compare to conventional flat baffle plates.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR WORKING MACHINE
A hydraulic system for a working machine includes an fluid cooler including an input port and an output port, the fluid cooler being configured to cool an operation fluid, an outputting portion to output the operation fluid, a traveling hydraulic device to be activated by the operation fluid, an operating hydraulic device to be activated by the operation fluid, a first output fluid tube connecting the operating hydraulic device to a tank, a second output fluid tube branching from the first output fluid tube and being connected to the input port of the fluid cooler, a third output fluid tube connecting the outputting portion to the output port of the fluid cooler, a fourth output fluid tube connected to the traveling hydraulic device, the fourth output fluid tube being connected to the second output fluid tube, and a first check valve disposed on the fourth output fluid tube.
Excavator, excavator boom, stick object coupler receiver for the same and method of using the same
An excavation machine and a coupler system for use on the excavation machine to allow a universal adaptor for the attachment of skid steer attachments to be joined directly to a working end of a main lifting boom of the excavation machine, the coupler system including a first coupler body having a first rearward portion and a first forward portion, the first rearward portion being connectable to the working end of the lifting boom, the first coupler body having a first mating arrangement, the coupler system further including a second coupler body that is secured or securable relative to the universal adaptor, the second coupler body having a second mating arrangement that is selectively securable to the first mating arrangement to selectively secure the universal adaptor directly relative to the working end of the lifting boom of the excavation machine thereby allowing the excavation machine to use both skid steer attachments such as an associated skid steer bucket attachment joined directly relative to the working end of the lifting boom and a traditional dipper stick.
Arm assembly for a work vehicle with support actuator and stop
An arm assembly for a work vehicle includes an arm configured to rotatably couple to a chassis of the work vehicle. The arm includes a substantially vertical portion, and the substantially vertical portion is configured to support an implement. The arm assembly also includes a lift actuator coupled to the arm and configured to couple to the chassis of the work vehicle. The lift actuator is configured to rotate the arm relative to the chassis to control a position of the implement along a vertical axis. In addition, the arm assembly includes a support actuator configured to couple to the chassis. The support actuator is configured to engage the substantially vertical portion of the arm to support the arm against a horizontal load applied to the arm by the implement.
Construction machine
A first pinhole is formed in a first member in a section facing a second member. A second pinhole is formed in the second member in a section facing the first member. A connecting pin is inserted into the first pinhole and the second pinhole from the side of the machine center. A coming-off prevention mechanism includes a coming-off prevention lever. The coming-off prevention lever can abut the inner end surface of the connecting pin. The coming-off prevention lever is supported by the second member to be able to move between an abutting position of abutting the inner end surface of the coupling pin and a non-abutting position of not abutting the inner end surface.
VALVE UNIT FOR A QUICK-CHANGER AND QUICK-CHANGE SYSTEM
The invention relates to a valve unit for the exclusive hydraulic actuation of the locking means of a mechanical quick-changer for attachments of a construction machine, wherein the valve unit comprises a feed pressure connector for applying the feed pressure, a first valve unit outlet for connecting an unlocking pressure line, a second valve unit outlet for connecting a locking pressure line, at least one discharge to the tank, and at least two switchable directional valves, with the feed pressure connector being connected or connectable to the second valve unit outlet via a serial connection of the at least two switchable directional valves.
Working machine with coupling device for fluid-conducting lines
The disclosure relates to a working machine, which comprises a first boom part, a second boom part detachably connectable to the first boom part, a first and a second fluid-guiding line and a coupling device for reversibly coupling the first and second lines. The first line is arranged on the first boom part and the second line is arranged on the second boom part. The coupling device comprises a first coupling part connected to the first line in a fluid-conducting manner, a second coupling part connected to the second line in a fluid-conducting manner and connected to the second boom part, and a pivot part connected to the first boom part, which can be pivoted about a pivot axis. By pivoting the pivot part about the pivot axis, the two coupling parts can be coupled in a fluid-conducting manner. According to the disclosure, the working machine comprises a locking mechanism.
