ARTICULATING ROLLING COMPACTOR ATTACHMENT
A skid steer rolling compactor attachment may include a universal attachment plate configured to attach to the skid steer. A boom includes a first end coupled to the attachment plate via a pivot hinge and a lift hinge. A hydraulic lift cylinder is coupled to the attachment plate and the boom in order to move the boom about the lift hinge, and a hydraulic pivot cylinder is coupled to the attachment plate and the boom in order to move the boom about the pivot hinge. A roller is attached to a second end of the boom via a tilt hinge and a twist hinge. A hydraulic tilt cylinder is coupled to the roller and the boom in order to move the roller about the tilt hinge, and a hydraulic twist cylinder is coupled to the roller and the boom in order to move the roller about the twist hinge.
Hydraulic line attachment device and method
A hydraulic line attachment device is provided. The hydraulic line attachment device comprises a first assembly comprising a first frame constructed for holding a plurality of first hydraulic line couplers and a first coupling member; and a second assembly comprising a second frame constructed for holding a plurality of second hydraulic line couplers and a second coupling member constructed to engage the first coupling member and align the plurality of first hydraulic line couplers with the plurality of second hydraulic line couplers. At least one of the first coupling member and the second coupling member comprises an arm constructed to engage at least one of the first frame and the second frame and engage the other of the first coupling member and the second coupling member. The other of the first coupling member and the second coupling member comprises a cam that engages the arm to provide tightening of the first assembly relative to the second assembly. A method for using a hydraulic line attachment device is provided.
LOADER LATCHING ASSIST METHOD AND APPARATUS
A method and apparatus assists coupling a loader with a work vehicle. A pre-position instruction signal is generated to pre-position the loader in a predetermined orientation to facilitate the coupling. A forward movement instruction signal is generated for initiating movement of the associated work vehicle 1 towards the loader. A coupled confirmation signal representative of the loader being coupled with the associated work vehicle is received. A forward movement pause instruction signal for pausing the movement of the associated work vehicle towards the loader is generated responsive to receiving the coupled confirmation signal. One or more of the pre-position instruction signal, the forward movement instruction signal, and/or the forward movement pause instruction signal may be automated signals delivered to the work vehicle for executing the commands or images rendered on a human readable display unit for instructing an operator actions to take for coupling the loader with the work vehicle.
HAMMER ATTACHMENT
A hammer attachment for a machine includes a frame member configured to couple to the machine. The hammer attachment also includes a reciprocating hammer slidably coupled to the frame member such that the hammer is movable along a length of the frame member. Further, the length of the frame member is in a different axis from an axis of reciprocating movement of the hammer.
Cantilever for a utility vehicle
A cantilever includes a spar connected rotatably about a rear fixed axis to a fastening device for a vehicle, a tool lever connected rotatably about a front fixed axis to the spar, a deflecting triangle connected rotatably about a central fixed axis to the spar, a rear strut connected rotatably about a first strut pivot axis to the fastening device and rotatably about a second strut pivot axis to the deflecting triangle, a front strut connected rotatably about a third strut pivot axis to the deflecting triangle and rotatably about a fourth strut pivot axis to the tool lever. The rear and the central fixed axis span a first plane. The rear strut intersects the first plane. The central and the front fixed axis span a second plane. The front strut intersects the second plane.
GRAPPLE WITH REACH LIMITATION
An loader is provided that has a body which is pivotable in a mid-section, a primary linkage pivotally mounted to the body, a secondary linkage pivotally mounted to the primary linkage, and a grapple pivotally mounted to the secondary linkage to carry a load positioned forward of the body. The improvement includes means for determining the positions of the primary and secondary linkages, and means for measuring the weight of a load being carried by the grapple. The control system has the capability of receiving from the means the positions of the primary and secondary linkages and the weight of the load and calculating whether the load is in an unstable position. If the load is unstable, the operator is prevented from moving the load to a more unstable position, but is not prevented from moving the load to a more stable position.
Front loader mounting arrangement for a work vehicle
A mast coupling arrangement for mounting a front loader to a work vehicle at a mounting frame defining connection points and a load point includes a mounting bracket mounted at an end of a mast of the front loader, and a first mast connector removably coupling the mounting bracket and one of the connection points of the mounting frame when the front loader is attached. The mast coupling arrangement includes a load element mounted to the mast that, when the front loader is attached, is in load transferring contact with the load point of the mounting frame. The mast coupling arrangement includes a second mast connector removably coupling the mounting bracket and another of the connection points of the mounting frame when the front loader is attached to. The second mast connector and the associated connection point of the mounting frame are separable when the front loader is attached.
Front loader, support frame for a front loader and method
A support for and/or a front loader includes a first main frame fixed to one of a left and right side of a vehicle body and a second main frame fixed to the other of the left and right sides of the vehicle body. A rear end of the second main frame is positioned further forward than a rear end of the first main frame.
Articulating rolling compactor attachment
A skid steer rolling compactor attachment may include a universal attachment plate configured to attach to the skid steer. A boom extending from the attachment plate may pivot about at least one articulating hinge attached to the boom. The boom may be configured to move a roller to compact a ground surface as the skid steer travels in a forward direction. In order to prevent roll-overs on uneven surfaces, the skid steer may be operated on a level surface and articulate the boom such that the roller contacts the ground parallel to the direction of travel. The skid steer may then compact inclined surfaces while travelling on level surfaces thus improving worker safety.
Installation structure of electric component and hydraulic hose for working machine
The present invention is provided with: a plate provided while one surface is directed toward the machine body structure of a working machine; a first support and a second support, which are raised from the one surface of the plate and which affix the plate to the machine body structure; a hydraulic hose which is routed on and along the one surface of the plate; and an electric component mounted on the one surface of the plate. The one surface of the plate has a hydraulic hose arrangement section where the hydraulic hose is arranged between the first support and the second support, and an electric component mounting section where the electric component is mounted so as to be adjacent to the hydraulic hose arrangement section.
