The third member includes a first transition extending toward the first member and a second transition extending toward the second member.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A first pinhole is formed in a first member in a section facing a second member. A second pinhole is formed in the second member in a section facing the first member. A connecting pin is inserted into the first pinhole and the second pinhole from the side of the machine center. A coming-off prevention mechanism includes a coming-off prevention lever. The coming-off prevention lever can abut the inner end surface of the connecting pin. The coming-off prevention lever is supported by the second member to be able to move between an abutting position of abutting the inner end surface of the coupling pin and a non-abutting position of not abutting the inner end surface.
Cushioned swing circuit
A cushioned swing circuit provides the reduction of oscillation common in the operation of heavy equipment such as with boom members. The circuit utilizes a transfer of high pressure fluid flow (caused by the inertial of the swing during rapid deceleration) from one leg of the circuit to the other leg of the circuit or to the sump which serves as decompression for the oil that would ordinarily be trapped in the leg. These phenomena create the swing cushioning effect.
Position Detection Device and Method for Detecting the Position of a Bucket of an Excavator
A position detection device for detecting the position of a bucket of an excavator having a cab and one or more booms is disclosed. A boom is rotatably attached to the cab by a mounting structure that is rotatably attached to the cab by a shaft having a longitudinal axis extending basically vertically during normal use of the excavator. The bucket is rotatably mounted to a stick that is rotatably attached to the boom. The mounting structure is arranged and configured to allow the boom to be rotated with respect to the longitudinal axis of the shaft. The position detection device comprises one or more antennas arranged and configured to receive satellite signals. The position detection device comprises a sensor assembly configured to detect the angular position of the boom with respect to rotation about the longitudinal axis of the shaft.
BOOM ARM AND CONCRETE-DISTRIBUTING BOOM
An inventive boom arm for a concrete-distributing boom. The boom arm has an elongate box-profile support formed from two flanges and two webs connecting the flanges laterally. The boom arm has first and second articulation points spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the boom arm. A first flange opening is disposed at the first articulation point and a second flange opening is disposed at the second articulation point. A sealing-partition seals a cavity region of the box-profile support at least in a region of the first and second flange openings. The sealing partition can be provided in the form of a plate that continuously spans the cavity region between the first and second articulation points and is connected laterally to the webs. The first articulation point is located at the end of the boom arm and is arranged within the cavity region and is covered by the partition plate.
METHOD AND ARRANGEMENT FOR TRANSFERRING A HEAVY WORK MACHINE ON A SLOPING BASE
A method for slowing transfer of a heavy work machine on a sloping base using a transportation device equipped with wheels, the work machine including a body, a crawler chassis fitted beneath the body, a set of booms having at least one operating cylinder, a first end and a second end, said set of booms being pivoted at the first end to the work machine and a selected auxiliary device is pivoted at the second end, and a brake surface connected to the auxiliary device, in which method includes the steps of transferring the work machine by supporting the work machine on the crawler chassis at least partly on top of the transportation device, towing the work machine using a transfer vehicle with the aid of the transportation device, using said operating cylinder of the set of booms to press the brake surface against the sloping base to create friction to slow transfer speed of the transportation device on the sloping base, and adjusting pressing of the brake surface taking place through the auxiliary device using the operating cylinder or one set of booms. An arrangement in connection with a heavy work machine for transferring the work machine on a sloping base is also described.

Loader arm connection assembly for compact utility loader
A compact utility loader compact utility loader comprising a frame and a loader arm configured in a vertical-lift configuration. The compact utility loader additionally comprises a link pivotably secured to the loader arm and to the frame, and an actuator pivotably secured to the loader arm and to the frame. The compact utility loader further comprises a track assembly configured to maintain the loader arm in direct attachment to the frame.
WORK MACHINE
The invention includes a vehicle main body, a boom, a first actuator connecting the boom and the vehicle main body and configured to rotate the boom with respect to the vehicle main body about a first central axis, a first electric motor connected to the first actuator and that operates the first actuator. The boom includes a pair of boom lateral plates disposed to face each other in a direction of the first central axis, and a boom bottom plate connecting the boom lateral plates to each other, the first electric motor being disposed in a boom internal space surrounded by the pair of boom lateral plates and the boom bottom plate.
