Shrouds are secured to earth-working edges of many kinds of earth working equipment to extend the service life of the equipment. The shrouds include opposed surfaces to define a cavity to receive the edge. Each of the opposed surfaces includes a recess to receive a boss on the edge, wherein the longitudinal axis of the recess on the first surface is angularly oriented in a lateral direction to the longitudinal axis of the recess on the second surface.

A clamp assembly comprising a pair of clamps may couple to an assembly body. The clamps may pivot to receive material beneath the assembly body. The clamps may include opposing surfaces that define a scoop space beneath the assembly body. Each of the clamps may include a cutting plate. The cutting plate may include a perforating edge configured to extend into the scoop space relative to a corresponding one of the opposing surfaces. The clamp may further include a retention plate. The retention plate may include an inner surface that faces the cutting plate. The cutting plate and the retention plate further define the scoop space between the clamps. The clamp assembly may couple to a lift assembly. The lift assembly may include a hydraulic actuator configured to raise and lower the clamp assembly.

PIN LOCK ASSEMBLY

A pin assembly for a component, such as a trunnion bracket, includes a pin received in pin hole of the component, and a retainer received in a retainer opening of the component to releasably secure the pin in the pin hole. The retainer can be secured to the pin, such that the pin and lock assembly rotate as a single component.

A dredging bucket having a head subassembly including an inner rotatable head and an outer head angularly supported by the inner head between level and tilted orientations. First and second opposing bucket halves supported by the outer head and pivotally actuating between closed and opened positions. A pair of T-links incorporated into spaced apart and coaxial pivot locations defined between the bucket halves, each of the T-links having a central stopping bar which, upon the bucket halves rotating to a maximum degree associated with the opened position, contacting end locations defined in upper edge profiles of the bucket halves in order to prevent further opening rotation.

WING SHROUD

A wing shroud has a body including a side portion having a side inner surface, a side abutment surface, a side outer surface, and a side rear surface, a floor portion having a floor upper surface, a floor lower surface, a floor front surface, a floor outer surface, and a floor rear surface, and an attachment recess defined by a plurality of inward surfaces on the side and floor portions. The body also has a leading edge extending between the side inner surface, the side outer surface, the floor front surface, the floor upper surface, and the floor outer surface, and including an upper end, a transition portion, a lower curved portion, and a lower end.

Straight taper dipper

A dipper having an inlet and an outlet. The dipper includes a front wall and an opposite back wall extending between the inlet and the outlet. The front wall has a substantially linear inner surface between the inlet and the outlet. The dipper further includes two side walls connected between the front wall and the back wall and extending between the inlet and the outlet. Further, the dipper has a lip coupled to the front wall and extending outwardly from the inlet in a direction away from the outlet, the lip having a lip inner surface arranged generally parallel with the substantially linear inner surface of the front wall.

An attachment pin assembly includes a first pin body, a second pin body, and a bolt for fastening and fixing the first pin body and the second pin body to each other. A tip end of the first pin body is formed in a planar shape across a substantially entire area excluding a first bolt hole extending in an axial direction. A tip end of the second pin body is formed in a planar shape across a substantially entire area excluding a second bolt hole extending in the axial direction. The first pin body and the second pin body are fastened and fixed with the bolt in a state in which the planar tip ends contact each other.

INDUSTRIAL MACHINE INCLUDING AUTOMATED DUMP CONTROL

Embodiments described herein provide for the control of an industrial machine dump operation by monitoring a position of the piston within a dump cylinder. The position of the piston is determined using a sensor within the dump cylinder. The sensor generates and provides an output signal to a controller. Based the output signal from the sensor, the controller is configured to limit the travel of the dump cylinder during the dump operation to reduce wear on the dump cylinder (e.g., by preventing damage caused when the dump cylinder is extending or retracting rapidly and the internal cylinder components make forceful contact with the rod or cap end).
