WORK IMPLEMENT OF MOTOR GRADER AND MOTOR GRADER
A work implement of a motor grader in which a blade can readily be replaced is provided. The work implement includes a shift cylinder assembly and a blade. The shift cylinder assembly includes a blade shift cylinder and a rail which carries out reciprocating motion with extending and retracting of the blade shift cylinder. The blade is removably attached to the shift cylinder assembly. The blade includes a hook and the shift cylinder assembly includes a hook reception portion. The hook is hooked on the hook reception portion.
METHOD OF CALIBRATING A SENSOR ON A WORK VEHICLE
A work vehicle including a body, an operational frame movable relative to the body about a primary joint, a linkage arrangement configured to adjust a position of the operational frame relative to the body, and a working implement coupled to the operational frame and movable relative to the body. A first sensor is positioned on the body. A second sensor is positioned on at least one of the operational frame, the linkage arrangement, and the working implement. A processor is configured to receive a first signal from the first sensor, where the first signal is representative of a measurement sensed by the first sensor, receive a second signal from the second sensor, where the second signal is representative of a measurement sensed by the second sensor, and determine a measurement error of the first sensor based on the signals from the first sensor and the second sensor.
METHOD OF CONTROLLING MOTOR GRADER, MOTOR GRADER, AND WORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR MOTOR GRADER
A motor grader includes a vehicular body, a blade, a front wheel located in front of the blade, two rear wheels located in the rear of the blade, a first sensor which detects a position of the vehicular body as first sensor information, a second sensor which detects an inclination of the vehicular body as second sensor information, a first swing member which rotatably supports both of the two rear wheels arranged in the front and rear relation and is swingably supported by the vehicular body, and a third sensor which detects an angle of swing of the first swing member with respect to the vehicular body as third sensor information. A method of controlling a motor grader includes obtaining the first to third sensor information and calculating positions of the rear wheels based on the obtained first to third sensor information.
APPARATUSES AND METHODS FOR MEASURING SADDLE LINKAGE POSITION OF A MOTOR GRADER
Graders and methods of operation thereof are disclosed herein. A grader includes a chassis, a saddle linkage, and a motion measurement system. The saddle linkage is supported for movement relative to the chassis and includes a mount movably coupled to the chassis, first and second arms each movably coupled to the mount, and a crossbar movably coupled to each of the first and second arms. The mount has a lock pin aperture, each of the first and second arms has a locking hole, and the crossbar has a plurality of locking holes. The lock pin aperture may be aligned with one locking hole of the first arm, the second arm, or the crossbar to position the saddle linkage in use of the grader. The motion measurement system is coupled to the saddle linkage and configured to measure movement or position of one or more components of the grader in use thereof.
Method of controlling motor grader and motor grader
A method of controlling a motor grader including a blade provided between a front wheel and a rear wheel which are attached to a vehicular body and a height adjustment mechanism which adjusts a height of the blade includes obtaining current topography in front of the motor grader and adjusting a height of the blade with respect to the front wheel based on the current topography.
SYSTEM FOR MACHINE AND IMPLEMENT CONTROL
A system for controlling the position of a rigidly attached side-shifting-implement mounted on a mobile machinery while simultaneously controlling the position of the mobile machinery allowing the side-shifting-implement and the mobile machinery to follow a predetermined or adjustable path. The system applies to three-point attachments as well as rack and rail attachments. The system uses a controller to control the position of the side-shifting-implement using information received from a position monitoring system communication with a roving receiver mounted on the side-shifting-implement. The controller also controls the position of the mobile machinery using local relationship sensors mounted on the side-shifting-implement and on the mobile machinery. The relationship sensors allow the controller to use one roving data receiver instead of two roving data receivers to control both the position of the side shifting implement and the position of the mobile machinery.
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR A GRADING MACHINE
A grading machine includes a machine body, a grading blade, a drawbar connecting the grading blade to the machine body, a blade sideshift cylinder and a blade sideshift cylinder rod, a user interface, and a control system. The control system may be configured to receive an input from the user interface and extend or retract the blade sideshift cylinder to adjust a sideshift of the grading blade to one of a plurality of predetermined sideshift positions based on the input.
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR A GRADING MACHINE
A grading machine includes a machine body, a grading blade, a drawbar connecting the grading blade and the circle to the machine body, a blade pitch cylinder coupled to a top portion of the grading blade, a user interface, and a control system. The control system may be configured to receive an input from the user interface and extend or retract the blade pitch cylinder to adjust a pitch of the grading blade to one of a plurality of predetermined pitch positions based on the input.
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR A GRADING MACHINE
A grading machine include a machine body, a grading blade, at least one grading blade sensor configured to sense a position and orientation of the grading blade, a drawbar connecting the grading blade to the machine body, a drawbar centershift cylinder, a user interface, and a control system. The control system is configured to receive an input from the user interface and position and orient the grading blade and the drawbar to one of a plurality of predetermined maintenance positions based on the input.
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR A GRADING MACHINE
A grading machine may include a machine body, a grading blade, a drawbar connecting the grading blade to the machine body, a drawbar centershift cylinder, a user interface, and a control system. The control system may be configured to receive an input from the user interface and extend or retract the drawbar centershift cylinder to adjust a centershift of the drawbar to one of a plurality of predetermined centershift positions based on the input.
