A compact utility loader compact utility loader comprising a frame including a lower portion and an upper portion. A width of the lower portion is smaller than a width of the upper portion. The compact utility loader additionally comprises a first track and a second track, with each track being positioned on a side of the frame. Each of the tracks has a width of at least 7.5 inches, and the compact utility loader has an overall width of no more than 36 inches.

The lockout system includes a second armature, a second electromagnetic coil, and a lockout spring, where the second electromagnetic coil is operably controlled between an energized state and a de-energized independently of the first electromagnetic coil.

A work machine includes a mechanical arm. A work implement is coupled to the mechanical arm to receive a load. A hydraulic actuator moves the arm between a lower position and an upper position, wherein a distance between the lower position and the upper position is a travel distance of the mechanical arm. A sensor unit is configured to sense the load in the work implement. A valve is in fluid communication with the hydraulic actuator for supplying a fluid output to the hydraulic actuator. A controller is in communication with the valve and the sensor unit. The controller is configured to transmit a control signal to the valve to adjust the fluid output to the hydraulic actuator. The controller is also configured to adjust the upper position to reduce the travel distance in response to the load being at or above a threshold value.

A hydraulic system of a working machine includes a hydraulic pump to output a hydraulic fluid, at least one proportional valve to deliver the hydraulic fluid to a supply target, a valve body including the proportional valve, a heat-up fluid passage in the valve body and into which the hydraulic fluid flows, a switching valve switchable between an open position in which the hydraulic fluid passing through the heat-up fluid passage is supplied to a hydraulic device and a closed position in which the hydraulic fluid is not supplied thereto and the hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic device is to be returned, a controller to operate the switching and proportional valves, and a return circuit through which the hydraulic fluid flowing into the heat-up fluid passage is returned as a result of at least one of the switching and proportional valves being operated by the controller.

A lift arm assembly for a power machine can include a lift arm, an implement carrier, a lift cylinder that raises or lowers the lift arm, a leveling link, a tilt cylinder that causes the implement carrier to pivot relative to the lift arm, and an isolated hydraulic circuit. The isolated hydraulic circuit can include a follower cylinder that is mechanically synchronized with the lift cylinder, a leveling cylinder that can be pivotally secured to the leveling link and to the lift arm, a first conduit that can provide hydraulic flow between base ends of the follower and leveling cylinders, and a second conduit that can provide hydraulic flow between rod ends of the follower and leveling cylinders. Movement of the follower and leveling cylinders can be hydraulically synchronized by flow through the first and second conduits.

HYDRAULIC PILOT VALVE

Disclosed is a hydraulic pilot valve which is provided with an orifice so as to reduce vibration of a valve and minimize impact applied to a valve even when a valve is suddenly operated. At least some of hydraulic oil supplied to a supply chamber flows to a valve chamber or a central pipeline through a damping unit according to elevation of a spool.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE

A hydraulic system includes: a slewing motor; a mechanical brake; and a slewing control valve interposed between a main pump and the slewing motor. A first pilot port of the slewing control valve is connected to a first solenoid proportional valve by a pilot line. A second pilot port of the slewing control valve is connected to a second solenoid proportional valve by a second pilot line. The first solenoid proportional valve and the second solenoid proportional valve are connected to an auxiliary pump by a primary pressure line. A switching valve is interposed between the auxiliary pump and the mechanical brake. The switching valve includes a pilot port that is connected to the first pilot line by a switching pilot line. The valve switches from a closed to an open position when a pilot pressure led to the pilot port becomes higher than or equal to a setting value.
