Hydrostatic Drive

A hydrostatic drive includes a diesel engine and a hydrostatic adjustable machine which supplies multiple consumers in normal operation as a pump. The machine has a pressure/flow regulator to which is communicated, according to the load-sensing principle, the highest load pressure of the consumers, in particular when the machine is operated as a pump. In order to realize a start/stop function of the diesel engine, a previously charged high-pressure reservoir supplies the hydrostatic machine, which then acts as a starter motor for the diesel engine. In order to switch from pump to starter motor, the hydro-machine is adjusted over zero. In order for this switch to take place quickly and reliably, the pressure/flow regulator is deactivated by means of a switching valve and the adjustment device is supplied with an adjustment pressure medium via the switching valve, which medium is taken from the high-pressure reservoir or from an auxiliary reservoir.

A multi-coupling component (20) includes a plurality of fluid couplers (22, 24, 26, 28) that are fluidly connected to a plurality of corresponding fluid flow pathways (80, 84), and a case drain fluid coupler (32) that is fluidly connected to a low pressure drain fluid pathway (88); and a pressure relief mechanism (40) that is configured to be moved between a disconnected state, a partially connected state, and a fully connected state. The pressure relief mechanism is configured such that in the partially connected state the fluid flow pathways and drain fluid pathway are fluidly connected to perform a pressure relief function, and in the disconnected state and the connected state the drain fluid pathway is isolated from the fluid flow pathways. The pressure relief mechanism includes a pressure relief button, wherein the pressure relief button is depressed to move the pressure relief mechanism from the disconnected state to the partially connected state and to the connected state. The pressure relief mechanism may be operated manually by hand for the subsequent connection of individual fluid couplers, or automatically when a second multi-coupling component is attached to the multi-coupling component that has the pressure relief mechanism.

Traveling device and working machine

A travelling frame of a travelling device positioned between a center frame and a travelling motor attachment portion includes an upper plate extended toward the center side of the vehicle to form an extended portion. A long hole into which travelling motor hydraulic piping is inserted is formed in the upper plate along the extended portion. The travelling motor hydraulic piping extends from a lead-out hole opened in an end plate of the center frame, through the long hole of the upper plate and a long hole opened in an end plate, and inserted into the travelling motor attachment portion.

The disclosed device comprises a control block (2) which is connected to the line to be relieved and which includes an openable non-return valve (12) as a relief valve, a pressure accumulator (22) which holds a relieving volume when the non-return valve is open, and an actuating member (38) which can be moved manually in order to open the non-return valve (12) and which is arranged so as to be movable on the housing (24) of the pressure accumulator (22).

The present invention relates to a multi-coupling device of the plate type for the simultaneous connection of a plurality of hydraulic, electric and pneumatic lines through quick couplings. The device according to the present invention is characterized in that it comprises bayonet coupling means which allow the coupling of the two plates by means of the relative sliding of the mobile plate with respect to the fixed plate. By virtue of the presence of a dedicated hydraulic circuit which connects the female couplings of the fixed plate to one another, the multi-coupling device according to the present invention allows to separate the step of coupling of the plates from the step of hydraulic connection of the male and female couplings.
