Working machine
In a working machine, a traveling pump is driven by a prime mover to rotate a traveling motor by fluid therefrom. The traveling motor has a rotation speed shiftable between a lower first speed and a higher second speed. A traveling change-over valve is shiftable between a first state where the rotation speed of the traveling motor is set to the first speed and a second state where the rotation speed of the traveling motor is set to the second speed. A controller performs a shock-mitigation for reducing a rotation speed of the prime mover when the traveling change-over valve is shifted from the second state to the first state. The controller determines a reduction amount of rotation speed of the prime mover reduced by the shock mitigation based on a difference between a target rotation speed of the prime mover and an actual rotation speed of the prime mover.
Hydraulic machine
A hydraulic machine. A boom actuator includes a large chamber and a small chamber. A recovery unit receives fluid discharged from the large chamber and then recovers energy. A recovery line connects the large chamber and the recovery unit. An accumulator is connected to a first point on the recovery line. A discharge valve is disposed on the recovery line between the first point and the recovery unit. A first sensor measures a pressure in the accumulator. A controller controls opening and closing of the discharge valve. The controller performs anti-bouncing control of: determining a target pressure in the accumulator corresponding to a load pressure applied to fluid in the large chamber by a load according to a predetermined correspondence; and controlling the opening and closing of the discharge valve such that the pressure in the accumulator measured by the first sensor reaches the target pressure.
HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR A WORKING MACHINE
To enable to arbitrarily change a hydraulic pump which supplies pressure oil to a hydraulic actuator at first in a hydraulic control system equipped with the hydraulic actuator using both first and second hydraulic pumps as a pressure oil source. An operation means is installed which can arbitrarily change working order of the first flow rate control valves for boom and stick for controlling the supply flow rate from first hydraulic pump to boom cylinder and stick cylinder and second flow rate control valves for boom and stick for controlling the supply flow rate from second hydraulic pump to boom cylinder and stick cylinder.
WORK MACHINE
A work machine includes: a machine body; an actuator attached to the machine body; an operation device used to operate the actuator; an operation sensor that senses an operation of the operation device; a photographing device that photographs surroundings of the machine body; a video data recording device that records video data including video photographed by the photographing device; a controller that controls the video data recording device; and an object sensor that senses an object in the surroundings of the machine body. The controller determines whether or not a recording and retaining condition including a condition that an object is present in the surroundings of the machine body and a condition that the operation device is operated is satisfied on the basis of a result of sensing in the object sensor and a result of sensing in the operation sensor, and makes the video data recording device record and retain the video data when the recording and retaining condition is satisfied.
Hydraulic control circuit for a construction machine
To make it possible to control supply, discharge, and recycled flow rates independently of each other for the stick cylinder in a construction machine comprising first and second stick spool valves respectively connected to first and second hydraulic pumps. [Solution] A poppet valve is provided at upstream side of the first stick spool valve for controlling a supply flow rate from first hydraulic pump, the first stick spool valve is configured to supply hydraulic flow from the poppet valve to the stick cylinder without restricting the flow, and when the stick cylinder is extended, the poppet valve is configured to control supply flow rate from the first hydraulic pump to head side oil chamber, the first stick spool valve is configured to control recycled flow rate from a rod side oil chamber to the head side oil chamber, and the second stick spool valve is configured to control the supply flow rate from second hydraulic pump to head side oil chamber and the discharge flow rate from the rod side oil chamber to an oil tank.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
A hydraulic system includes: an arm hydraulic cylinder; a first hydraulic pump and a second hydraulic pump; an arm first direction switching valve; an arm second direction switching valve; and a controller that controls an operation of the arm second direction switching valve when the arm hydraulic cylinder is extended and operated. Further, the arm first direction switching valve incorporates an arm regeneration passage capable of supplying oil when the arm hydraulic cylinder is extended and operated, and the controller monitors a pressure state of the arm hydraulic cylinder, and when determining that oil flow through the arm regeneration passage is possible, the controller blocks oil flow between the arm hydraulic cylinder and the arm second direction switching valve, and otherwise, the controller operates the arm second direction switching valve so that oil can be supplied from the second hydraulic pump to the bottom chamber.
Work Machine
A work machine includes: an informing device that informs an operator; an input device for inputting predetermined information; a notification device that gives a notification to a worker around the work machine; a controller; and a communication device that communicates with a mobile terminal carried by the worker. The controller determines whether or not an approval request for requesting approval of entry into a movable range of the work machine transmitted from the mobile terminal when the worker around the work machine operates the mobile terminal has been received; inform, by using the informing device, that the approval request has been received when it is determined that the approval request has been received; determine whether or not approval operation of approving entry into the movable range has been performed on the input device; set an interpersonal communication level representing a degree of interpersonal communication between the operator and the worker depending on whether or not the approval request has been received and whether or not the approval operation has been performed; decide a mode of notification in accordance with the interpersonal communication level; and give a notification in the mode of notification by using the notification device.
Hydraulic excavator with area limiting control function
A work machine (1) having a controller (40) that can perform area limiting control, the work machine further includes a machine control ON/OFF switch (17) that alternatively selects an ON position permitting execution of the area limiting control and an OFF position prohibiting execution of the area limiting control. The controller (40) has an engine control section (63) that performs automatic idling control when a predetermined period of time (T1) has elapsed after a point in time when all of operation levers (1, 23) have attained a neutral state. The engine control section (63) is configured to execute the automatic idling control during when the switch (17) is in the OFF position and not to execute the automatic idling control during when the switch (17) is in the ON position.
