A fastening assembly for a top-mounted faucet that allows quick and easy installation of the faucet. The fastening assembly includes a plate and a threaded nut. The plate includes an upper grip member made of soft gripping material and a lower support member made of a rigid material. The plate has an elongated central aperture passing through the upper grip member and lower support member. The lower support member includes two flanges that clamp to opposite two faces of the threaded nut.

In order to front mount the faucet assembly on the sink, the connectors that are secured to the inlet ports are passed through enlarged openings in the splash board and the body of the faucet assembly is secured to the splash board via brackets. After positioning gaskets in place, the housing is moved over the body and dropped into place with the externally threaded ends of the cylindrical chambers and outlet port protruding through three circular openings in the housing.

My invention is an apparatus to aid in the installation of back mount faucets to a sink. It is made of three parts: two washers and a set of screws. When used with common plumbing fittings, they allow a user to fill the gap between the back of the sink and the common fittings used to attach a water line.

A countertop installation assembly comprises an installation seat, a driving member, and a fastening assembly. The installation seat is positioned in the installation hole and is configured to extend to below the countertop. The installation seat comprises a receiving cavity extending along a longitudinal direction. The driving member is rotatably disposed in the installation seat. The fastening assembly is operatively coupled to the driving member, and the fastening assembly is located below the countertop and moves up and down in the receiving cavity. The driving member is rotated from above the countertop to drive the fastening assembly to move up and down in the receiving cavity so as to enable the fastening assembly to be clamped to or separated from a lower side of the countertop. The fastening assembly is driven by the driving member to move between a retracted position and an extended position.

A fast installation mechanism for a faucet includes a locking inner core, a fixing core, and a base. The locking inner core is a tubular member. An external thread is formed on an outer wall of the locking inner core. An upper end of the locking inner core is fixedly connected to a faucet body. A lower portion of the locking inner core is screwed into the fixing core. The base is sleeved on a lower portion of the fixing core. At least two elastic pieces on the fixing core extend out of at least two windows of the base, respectively. The installation is quick and easy, and the operation is convenient.

The present disclosure discloses a counter-top rapid installation device for a faucet, comprising a faucet body (1) positioned on a counter (7), a screw sleeve (3) fitted inside an installation hole on the counter (7) and used to install the faucet body (1), an mounting seat (4) and at least two sliders (5) for limiting axial displacement between the counter (7) and the screw sleeve (3), the mounting seat (4) is in sleeving connection to the periphery of the screw sleeve (3), the periphery of the screw sleeve (3) corresponding to the position below the counter (7) is provided with at least two through holes (3.2) that allow the slider (5) to slide outward from the inner cavity of the screw sleeve (3). The device can be installed on a counter rapidly and conveniently, and achieves improved axial limiting effect relative to the counter.

A top mount mechanism is located at the bottom of a mixer, faucet, or tap. The top mounting mechanism includes the following parts: a top mount flange (2), a clamp plate (3), and connecting accessories. The top mount flange (2) and clamp plate (3) are linked via the connecting accessories. Connecting accessories includes a clamp screw (4) and guide pins (5) at the sides, the clamp plate (3) can rotate through a spigot (7) on the guide pins (5), and it is connected to the clamp screw (4) via thread connection, the clamp plate (3) moves up and down sliding along the guide pins (5).

A fixing device is adapted to be mounted on a plate that is formed with a mounting hole, and includes an upper fixing unit, a lower fixing unit, a string member and a first fastener. The upper fixing unit has two upper string through holes and a fastener through hole. The lower fixing unit has a first fastener engaging hole. The string member includes two penetration sections respectively extending through the upper string through holes and being connected to the lower fixing unit. When said string member is pulled, the first fastener engaging hole and the fastener through hole are aligned with each other. The first fastener extends through the fastener through hole to be engaged with the first fastener engaging hole.

A method and apparatus used to secure a faucet to a countertop includes a brace with legs joined together at a nut, thereby allowing the legs to pivot about a horizontal axis of the nut. The nut is joined to a threaded rod that extends from a base of a faucet. The legs of the brace pivot such that the legs are both parallel to the threaded rod with one part of the brace above the horizontal axis of the nut and one part of the brace below the horizontal axis of the nut. The threaded rod and brace may then be inserted into a countertop mounting hole. The threaded rod is rotated from above the countertop, thereby drawing the brace towards the countertop and securing the faucet.

Disclosed are various embodiments providing a mechanism to couple a tub spout onto a pipe. An extension nipple adaptor can be coupled to the pipe. A compression ring can be positioned between the extension nipple adaptor and an extension nipple. The tub spout can couple to the extension nipple. A threaded screw can be screwed into the extension nipple adaptor and contact the pipe.
