Kits for Reducing Inventory of Sink Drain Assemblies
A method is provided for a plumbing parts supplier to reduce inventory of sink drain assemblies. Drain assemblies for overflow-type sinks have an overflow port, while drain assemblies for vessel sinks do not. Some drain assemblies have open and closed positions, while a grid drain or an umbrella drain does not. A drain assembly may be available in different finishes. Rather than having an inventory of drain assemblies for all possible applications, kits are provided that allow an end-user to assemble one of two or more drain assemblies. One kit includes a drain assembly for an overflow-type sink and a sleeve that fits in the drain assembly and covers an overflow port. Other kits include a drain assembly with a push-type open-close mechanism and means for keeping the drain assembly in the open position. Another kit includes a push-button drain assembly with an overflow port, means for converting it an umbrella drain and a sleeve for covering the overflow port.
Sink and drain for sink
Sinks and drains for sinks permitting the attachment of the drain to the sink such that the drain is substantially disposed below the top surface of the sink basin, and such that there is no discernable separation between the base of the sink basin and the drain when viewed from above the sink. A method of making a sink such that there is no discernable separation between the base of the sink basin and the drain when viewed from above the sink.
Drain plug linkage structure
A drain plug linkage structure, comprising a pull rod assembly, a driving rod and a drain plug movably fitted in a drain pipe, the driving rod having a front end and a rear end, the front end of the driving rod being inserted from the side of the drain pipe to the drain pipe and connecting with the drain plug, the pull rod assembly comprises a connecting rod and a pull rod connected to each other, wherein one of the driving rod and the connecting rod is provided with a plurality of fixing holes, the other of the driving rod and the connecting rod is provided with a plurality of protruding fixing members, and the fixing members are detachably coupled to the fixing holes. The present invention is provided that the assembly and disassembly of the driving rod and the connecting rod of the present invention are quicker.
Wash basin drain
The embodiments disclosed herein provide an adjustable wash basin drain wherein a fitting angle of the contact surfaces between the wash basin and the drain can be adjusted to achieve a better seal between the wash basin and the drain. The wash basin drain may include a split-type drain flange that includes an upper connector seat, a lower connector seat, and a flange connector. The upper connector seat is configured to snap fit to an upper end of a water discharge hole of the wash basin. The lower connector seat is connected to a water discharge pipe, and may be disposed beyond a bottom end of the wash basin. The flange connector connects the upper connector seat with the lower connector seat.
Simplified drain plug with overflow release
An overflow drain assembly includes a housing configured to be installed at a bottom of a basin. A plug assembly is configured to be disposed within the housing and has an upper and lower plug body translatable to each other. A fluidic seal is attached to the upper plug body and configured to removably engage in a water tight manner with a top side water inlet of the housing. A single compression spring is disposed between and biases apart the upper and lower plug body. A first permanent magnet attached to the lower plug body is above a second permanent magnet attached to the upper plug body. The upper plug body is configured to be manually pushed downward a first time by a user to automatically lock into an open position and manually pushed downward a second time to automatically raise and lock into a closed position.
DRAIN PLUG LINKAGE ARRANGEMENT
The present invention discloses a drain plug linkage arrangement including a pull rod assembly, an operating rod, a drain plug, and a drain pipe, wherein the drain plug is movably mounted in the drain pipe. The pull rod assembly includes a pull rod and a connecting rod, wherein the pull rod is connected to the connecting rod via a button. A first end of the operating rod is inserted into the drain pipe from a sidewall of the drain pipe and is connected to the drain plug. The operating rod is connected to the connecting rod of the pull rod assembly. Assembly and disassembly between the pull rod and the connecting rod disclosed in the present invention are very convenient.
Drain stopper apparatus
A drain stopper apparatus is disclosed and configured for being installed within a drain hole of a fixture, for preventing any buildup of hair or other materials within an associated drainpipe of the fixture. In at least one embodiment, the apparatus provides a stopper body sized and shaped for being positioned within the drain hole of the fixture, in contact with an inner surface of a basin of the fixture. A stopper tailpiece is engaged with a bottom of the stopper body. A stopper is positioned within the stopper body and configured for selectively moving between one of an open position and a closed position. A drive coupler interconnects a lower end of the stopper tailpiece with an upper end of the drainpipe, the drive coupler providing a drive mechanism positioned and configured for selectively actuating the stopper between the open and closed positions.
Press water drop head device convenient for cleaning and having low noise
The utility discloses a press water drop head device convenient for cleaning and having low noise connected with sewer pipe, comprising bounce component comprising fixing casing, sliding block sleeved in fixing casing, pressing spring, sliding guide rod, cover plate located on fixing casing, sidewall of fixing casing provided with residual hole, and fixing column disposed below residual hole, sliding rail disposed on sliding block, one end of pressing spring connected to bottom end of sliding block, another end disposed in fixing casing, one end of sliding guide rod sleeved on fixing column, another end extending through residual hole into fixing casing to contact sliding rail, a pair of protrusions disposed on outer circumference of fixing casing, clamp hole disposed on sewer pipe and matched with protrusions. The utility has simple and compact structure, reduces noise, and can be quickly removed of bounce component, saving time, safety, energy-saving and environmental protection.
