A drain cover assembly for a lavatory includes an adapter and a drain cover. The adapter includes a body and a first end portion extending from the body. The drain cover is removably coupled to the first end portion. The body is configured to removably couple to a cartridge actuator in a first configuration and a drain insert in a second configuration.

GASKET SEALS FOR DRAIN CLOSURES

An exemplary embodiment, among others, of the present disclosure is directed to a drain closure assembly. Such an assembly has a head of the drain closure assembly that is fastened to a top end of a stem, wherein the bottom end of the stem is insertable in a drain shoe. The assembly further includes a gasket fastened around an outer cylinder of the stem below the head. Accordingly, the gasket comprises a series of concentric annular platforms such that a force applied to a top surface of the gasket causes an upper concentric annular platform having a smaller outer diameter to be compressed before the lower concentric annular platform having a larger outer diameter is compressed, thereby creating a seal between the head of the drain closure assembly and the drain shoe.

SINK PLUG ARRANGEMENT

Disclosed is a sink plug. The sink plug comprises an integrally formed bottom part (10) having a floor (20) and side walls (30). The sink plug further comprises a knob (40) with magnetic properties, disposed on the center of the circular floor and a cover (70) adapted to be disposed on the knob. The cover comprises a magnet (50) disposed in the center of the cover (70), wherein in an operating position, the magnet (50) magnetically engages with the knob (40).

Temperature sensing drain cover

A drain covering device is described with built in temperature sensors and lights which signal various measured temperatures which are acceptable, cold, or hot for an intended use. The device is easily separable and can be rinsed and stored using an attached suction cup.

Pop-up drain stopper and actuator assembly

A drain control assembly having a pop-up stopper controlled by a cam actuating mechanism allowing the stopper to alternately seal and unseat from the drain opening by pressing down on the stopper. Actuator guide rings extending from vertical fins and tabs are used to align and removably secure the actuator in position within the drain pipe. The stopper seal seats against the sink housing the drain providing a water tight seal. The assembly has a removable catch screen to retain items fallen into the drain. The stopper and actuator assembly can be dislodged and the entire assembly removed and items in the catch screen can be retrieved or the actuator removed for cleaning. The assembly can then be reinstalled by simply inserting it down into the drain.

Pop-up drain linkage assembly

Disclosed are various embodiments of a linkage assembly apparatus that comprise a spring clip that comprises a first end aperture, a second end aperture, and a connector aperture separated between a number of bending lines positioned along a length of the spring clip. The spring clip can be elastically deformed for insertion of a lift rod through the first end aperture and the second end aperture. The linkage assembly can also include an upper linkage rod that extends in a direction longitudinally. The upper linkage rod comprises a socket at a first end and a snap-on connector at a second end. In addition, the linkage assembly includes a lower linkage rod comprising a ball disposed toward an end of the lower linkage rod and a slot that extends along a length of the lower linkage rod. The slot can be used for connecting with a ball rod of a pop-up drain body.

Universal Adaptor for Tub Drains

An adaptor that fits inside of a drain tub insert. The adaptor has a central hub that connects to a radial flange at the top of the hub. The radial flange on the adaptor fits over the tub drain flange to provide a clean and new appearance. There are a plurality of compression clips extending out from the outer wall of the circular hub that engage the inner wall of the drain tub insert. This holds the adaptor in place within the drain tub insert so that there is very limited lateral movement and the adaptor is further securely retained inside the drain tub insert. The adaptor is designed to receive several types of stoppers such as a flip top stopper, toe touch stopper, and other stoppers in which the user raises a central post to raise and lower a resilient seal.

Plumbing apparatus

The present invention provides an apparatus for speeding the draining of a bathing vessel, and is particularly suitable for speeding the draining of walk-in bath tubs. The apparatus can be concealed in a corner of the walk-in bathtub and comprises an actuation mechanism to open and close the draining outlet which needs minimal force to be actuated, making it especially suitable for use by elderly people. The apparatus can also incorporate a security by-pass drain to avoid overfilling of the bathtub. The apparatus can be installed in most or all standard bathrooms with few adaptations.

Sink stopper

A sink stopper may comprise an upper cap, a shaft, a pulling handle and a base. The base is configured to be installed in an upper portion of a pipe of a sink drain. Moreover, the base is adapted to cooperate with different sizes of gaskets to fit different sizes of pipes. The shaft has a first connecting section and a second connecting section to fit different sizes of connecting holes of a sink drain. Furthermore, the shaft has a tapered engaging section and a tightening section having the narrower diameter from top to bottom, so that, without external force, a C-shaped ring can firmly clamp on the engaging section or the tightening section, thereby preventing the upper cap from sliding.

Adjustable assembly for increasing mechanical advantage in actuating a drain stopper

An adjustable pop-up drain stopper assembly is provided comprising a push rod gear and pivot rod gear, both of which are housed in an enclosure. The push rod and pivot rod gears rotate about respective axles in the enclosure. The push rod gear and the pivot rod gear both have a lever arm extending through respective windows in the enclosure and are connected to a push rod and a pivot rod, respectively, of a sink. Teeth at arcuate ends of the push rod and pivot rod gears engage each other such that, when the push rod gear is rotated about its axle, the pivot rod gear rotates a corresponding amount about its axle. In use, when the push rod is raised or lowered, the motion is transferred by way of the gears to the pivot rod which, in turn, lowers or raises a pop-up stopper at the sink drain opening.
