Enhanced abandoned call recovery for a contact center

An enhanced abandoned call recovery (E-ACR) process allows certain abandoned calls to be eligible for a callback call. An E-ACR assignment point defines which abandoned calls in an inbound campaign or interactive voice response (IVR) menu are eligible to be processed to determine whether the E-ACR callback should occur. The determination of whether a callback occurs involves various compliance tests, such as ensuring calling window, call attempts, and other regulatory concerns are addressed. Once a callback is determined to occur, it is associated with a specific campaign to ensure the called party is provided with agents having the skill set as defined for that assignment point. In this manner, only eligible callers receive an E-ACR callback, and further receive the callback in a compliant manner and handled by the same skill set of agents as would have been allocated to the caller had they not abandoned their call.

System and method for disposing of fluid from a galley sink

A fluid-disposing system for a galley sink includes: a galley sink for a galley cabin monument, a self-regulating valve, a control unit, a sensor, and a signal connection between the sensor and the control unit. The valve input is connected to a fluid line, connected to a drainage opening of the galley sink. The valve is arranged underneath the drainage opening, such that fluid from the galley sink can flow through the associated drainage opening into the fluid line. The valve output is designed to be couplable with a source of negative pressure. The valve is designed to automatically open at a predetermined amount M1 of fluid in the fluid line, such that fluid can flow out of the fluid line, and to automatically close at a predetermined amount M2 of fluid in the fluid line, such that the predetermined amount M2 of fluid remains in the fluid line.

Drain for sanitary fixtures
11959263 · 2024-04-16 · ·

A drain for sanitary fixtures such as sinks, tubs or the like is described. The drain is provided with an automatic overflow mechanism, of the magnetic type, configured to be automatically activated when the water level in the sanitary fixture reaches the maximum level allowed. The overflow mechanism comprises a first magnetic element arranged on a stem of the plug, and a second magnetic element integral with the head of the plug and in-between the base and the first magnetic element. In the raised position of the plug, corresponding to the raised position of the head, the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are magnetically coupled. When a threshold value of the water pressure acting on the head is exceeded, the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are automatically uncoupled, causing the descent of the head towards the lowered position, corresponding to the opening of the mouth of the sanitary fixture initially closed by the plug. The drain preferably further comprises a manual lifting mechanism to lift the plug, configured to bring back the plug to the raised closed position following activation. Preferably, also the lifting mechanism is magnetic.

CLEAN DRAIN SYSTEMS

The present disclosure is generally directed towards a clean drain system. The clean drain system includes drain stopper system, a seal, and a flange. The seal is coupled to the flange. The drain stopper system is positioned through the seal. The drain stopper system further includes a drain cover, a drain housing, and a basket. The drain cover along a vertical axis to allow or prevent the flow of water through the tailpipe. The basket includes a plurality of openings. The basket is configured to catch debris as it flows downward through the drain to prevent the drain from clogging. The clean drain system further includes an overflow cover, an overflow tube, and a collar. The collar is positioned around the drain housing. The overflow cover is coupled to the overflow tube. The collar is coupled to another end of the overflow tube.

Bathtub with door and drain

A bathtub comprising a tub having an enclosure defined by at least one sidewall for holding a water capacity, a doorway on the sidewall for providing access to the tub, a door mountable onto the doorway for holding at least two water levels in the tub; an actuator allowing a user to move the door between at least three positions; a mechanical drain for emptying the tub, a double reservoir for receiving water from the tub through the drain and the door drip, a control interface, door position sensors, water level detection sensors, a pressure sensor, and a controller configured to receive input controls signals from the control interface, receive input door lock position signals, receive input water detection signals, receive input pressure signals, send control signals to control a sealing valve of the door, and send control signals for operating a drain valve.

Push-type drain stopper for pop-up drain

A push-type drain stopper is usable in a drain pipe that has a pivot rod port surrounded by a stub by sealing a rod that protrudes into the pipe through the stub. The stopper is pressed transversely into engagement with the rod, which is an anchor. The drain pipe has a drain flange that seals around a drain opening in a sink. If the flange becomes worn and unsightly or if one desires to change a color scheme for the sink, a cap that has a diameter greater than the drain flange hides the drain flange from sight. A retrofit kit includes the drain stopper, pivot balls sized to fit different pop-up drain assemblies, a rod that passes through the ball into the drain pipe, and a wing nut fixed to an end of the rod for tightening the rod against a stub cap.
