20210180302 · 2021-06-17 ·

The present invention provides a press-type overflow drainage device for water container, comprising a lifting control mechanism; the lifting control mechanism is provided an up and down movement member and a fixed component with a through hole for the movement of the up and down movement member; one end of the connecting steel wire is connected with the up and down movement member, and the other end is connected with the transmission mechanism; the lifting control mechanism provides two upper and lower stop positions; the drainage device also comprises a horizontal button assembly which is provided with a button, and connected with the up and down movement member through a joint member while the corresponding up and down movement member stops in the upper and lower stop positions, and the button has the press-in and stop and pop-up and stop positions at the front and rear of the horizontal position. The present invention can make use of the cooperation of the lifting control mechanism, the horizontal button and the overflow outlet, and the button is located at the overflow outlet and can control the drainage device of the water container, and the operation is convenient and can indicate the drainage/storage mode of the drainage device.

DRAIN SYSTEM FOR BATHTUB

A drain system for controlling a water level in a bathtub includes a drain exit assembly coupled to an exit drain of the bathtub and configured to receive water exiting the bathtub, a valve fluidly coupled to the drain exit assembly and operably coupled to a motor, and a pressure sensor communicatively coupled to the valve and in fluid communication with the drain exit assembly. The motor is configured to change the operational state of the valve based on a pressure sensed by the pressure sensor to control a water level within the bathtub.

Sewage Backup Prevention Device
20210270022 · 2021-09-02 ·

A sewage backup prevention system is disclosed that enables an amount of sewage to exit an opening in a sewer cleanout instead of backing up into a finished portion of a residence or other building. The sewage backup prevention cap has a tapered body, contains no threads and fits loosely around and partially in a branch opening in the sewer cleanout. A backup in the sewer line will cause the sewage backup prevention cap to move upwardly from the branch opening thereby allowing an increasing amount of sewage to exit the sewer line.

ADJUSTABLE DRAIN ASSEMBLY

An adjustable drain assembly is disclosed. The adjustable drain assembly may have a main drain body with a series of springable flanges and extension calibration elements. Other components of the adjustable drain assembly may provide fluid conduits from various drains, such as of a bath tub, and may connect to the main drain body. These other components may be insertable into the springable flanges and may have extension calibration elements interlockable with the extension calibration elements of the main body. A collet may be disposable about the springable flanges and configured to retain the extension calibration elements in fixed interlocking relation. In this manner, the other components may be adjustably positioned in lengthwise relation relative to the main drain body, then secured in position by the fixation of the extension calibration elements in fixed interlocking relation.

DRAIN ARRANGEMENT FOR A WASHSTAND

A drain arrangement for a washstand, comprising a connection unit having a connecting branch for connection to a drain branch of a washstand, an overflow unit connecting to the connection unit and having a valve and an overflow pipe, which bridges the valve, and a siphon unit connecting to the overflow unit and having a siphon element. The connecting branch, seen in the installation position, runs in a first direction, which is oriented at an angle inclined at less than 30° tilting downwards to a mounting plane running in the vertical of the washstand. The overflow unit lies offset to the side of the connecting branch in such a manner that the overflow pipe extends upwards to the side adjacent to the connecting branch and the siphon unit lies beneath the overflow unit.

Bath waste and overflow systems and methods of use

A bath waste and overflow drain system of the present disclosure may comprise both drain and overflow assemblies. The drain assembly generally includes a drain elbow, drain gasket, drain spud, drain trim, and drain stopper. The drain trim may possess weep channels that urge stagnated water from a periphery of the drain spud and into the drain. The overflow assembly generally includes an overflow elbow, overflow gasket, retaining nut, and overflow faceplate. The overflow faceplate may have bayonet channels that engage with a protrusion of the overflow elbow so as to accommodate variances in tub design when effecting an installation. The system according to an embodiment may also comprise test plugs of the overflow and drain varieties which are, together, operable to permit pressure-related tests of the system prior to completing an installation. The overflow and drain test plugs are simple to manipulate and install/remove with quick-engaging, complementary locking features.
