UNDERMOUNT SINK REPAIR APPARATUS AND METHOD
A fallen undermount sink complete repair apparatus includes a wall bracket having at least one flange portion configured for fixedly fastening to a vertical wall and a second central portion generally forming an obtuse angle to the flange portion, with an aperture therethrough. Additionally, there is an expandable elongated member pivotably attached at a proximal end to the wall bracket, and at the distal end of the elongated member is a sink bracket head portion generally perpendicular to that of the elongated member and configured to pivot and press against a portion of the underside rim of a detached sink.
BRACKET FOR INSTALLING SINK
A bracket for installing a sink is provided by the present disclosure, which includes a fixed base and a support rod, wherein the fixed base is provided with an installing structure for installing the fixed base onto a wall or a table wall, a lower end of the support rod extends into the fixed base in an upward-downward movable manner, the fixed base and the support rod are provided with an adjustment connection structure for enabling an upward-downward adjustment of the support rod and a rotatable installation of the support rod in the fixed base, an upper end portion of the support rod is provided with a jacking structure for abutting against a corner between a sink body of the sink and an installing plate for the sink, and the fixed base is installed with a holding structure for holding the lower end of the support rod.
BRACKET FOR INSTALLING SINK
A bracket for installing a sink is provided by the present disclosure, which includes a fixed base and a support rod, wherein the fixed base is provided with an installing structure for installing the fixed base onto a wall or a table wall, a lower end of the support rod extends into the fixed base in an upward-downward movable manner, the fixed base and the support rod are provided with an adjustment connection structure for enabling an upward-downward adjustment of the support rod and a rotatable installation of the support rod in the fixed base, an upper end portion of the support rod is provided with a jacking structure for abutting against a corner between a sink body of the sink and an installing plate for the sink, and the fixed base is installed with a holding structure for holding the lower end of the support rod.
Rapid-install undermount sink bracket
An adjustable sink positioning and mounting apparatus for rapidly attaching sinks to the bottom of a counter top includes a channel base member with ratchet teeth and a sliding sled member releasably engaged with the ratchet base channel. The channel base member includes a top-end clip and the sliding sled member includes an arm adjacent the top end and at least one foot tab with a curved tip at the lower end.
Rapid-install undermount sink bracket
An adjustable sink positioning and mounting apparatus for rapidly attaching sinks to the bottom of a counter top includes a channel base member with ratchet teeth and a sliding sled member releasably engaged with the ratchet base channel. The channel base member includes a top-end clip and the sliding sled member includes an arm adjacent the top end and at least one foot tab with a curved tip at the lower end.
Fastening arrangement for a WC flap element
A fastening system for a WC flap element, which can be flapped away from a support surface of a toilet bowl, comprising at least one mounting bolt extending along a center axis with a receiving portion, a stop portion for direct or indirect support on the support surface of the toilet bowl and a threaded portion, a hinge support, for mounting the WC flap element, with at least one mounting opening into which the receiving portion of the mounting bolt projects, and a non-rotatably mounted mating thread, into which the threaded portion of the mounting bolt engages. In the installed position, the center axis of the mounting bolt extends substantially at a right angle with respect to the horizontal. The receiving portion comprises a drive structure and the mounting opening is open toward the top, so that the drive structure is accessible and actuatable from the top.
Fastening arrangement for a WC flap element
A fastening system for a WC flap element, which can be flapped away from a support surface of a toilet bowl, comprising at least one mounting bolt extending along a center axis with a receiving portion, a stop portion for direct or indirect support on the support surface of the toilet bowl and a threaded portion, a hinge support, for mounting the WC flap element, with at least one mounting opening into which the receiving portion of the mounting bolt projects, and a non-rotatably mounted mating thread, into which the threaded portion of the mounting bolt engages. In the installed position, the center axis of the mounting bolt extends substantially at a right angle with respect to the horizontal. The receiving portion comprises a drive structure and the mounting opening is open toward the top, so that the drive structure is accessible and actuatable from the top.
Sink mounting apparatus
A bracket includes a mounting flange configured to couple to a mounting surface, and a support member coupled to the mounting flange with at least a portion of the support member being horizontal. The support member comprises a hole that extends from a top surface of the support member to a bottom surface of the support member. The hole is configured to receive an adjustable support. The bracket also includes a first vertical support flange coupled to the mounting flange, and coupled to a first side of the support member, and a second vertical support flange coupled to the mounting flange, and coupled to a second side of the support member.
Sink mounting apparatus
A bracket includes a mounting flange configured to couple to a mounting surface, and a support member coupled to the mounting flange with at least a portion of the support member being horizontal. The support member comprises a hole that extends from a top surface of the support member to a bottom surface of the support member. The hole is configured to receive an adjustable support. The bracket also includes a first vertical support flange coupled to the mounting flange, and coupled to a first side of the support member, and a second vertical support flange coupled to the mounting flange, and coupled to a second side of the support member.
HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE TOILET ASSEMBLY
A height adjustable toilet assembly for a person with a disability includes a commode that comprises a bowl. A plate is coupled to a bottom of the bowl. A base is coupled to a floor of a structure. A pump is coupled to the base. A hydraulic cylinder is coupled to and extend perpendicularly between the base and the plate. The hydraulic cylinder is operationally coupled to the pump. The pump is positioned to actuate the hydraulic cylinder to selectively extend the commode from the base. A bellows is coupled to and extend between a perimeter of the base and a circumference of the bottom of the bowl. The bellows is positioned to extend as the commode is extended from the base.
