Sink clamp and methods
A clamping device for mounting a sink to a counter includes a clamp having a clamp body and a binding spring of a flat-profile, bending type (bending spring), a binding lip for insertion through a first slot in the bottom surface of the countertop adjacent to the sink, the clamp and binding lip connected to the clamp body and extending away therefrom at least partially over an edge of the sink, and a clamp screw for insertion through a first opening in the clamp body and against a flange of the sink. The clamp screw may be covered by a screw cap, and a solid portion of the binding spring may be disposed between the clamp screw and the sink flange, or an opening in the binding spring may permit the clamp screw to press directly against the sink flange.
Seamless undermount sink system and installation method
A seamless undermount sink system includes a countertop having a sink mounting aperture disposed therethrough. The system also includes a sink having a sidewall with a rimless upper edge therearound. A mounting assembly includes a mounting bracket attached to a portion of the sink and a mounting gasket which is secured to a bottom surface of the countertop. An interface is formed between the rimless upper edge of the sink and the sink mounting aperture through the countertop. A sealant is disposed in the interface between the rimless upper edge of the sink and the sink mounting aperture though the countertop to prevent water, food, or other debris from getting in between the sink and the countertop.
Countertop undermount support
An undermount support for an appliance, and a method for using the support, the support including a frame that is: (a) assembled around the exterior periphery of the appliance; (b) located in supporting contact below the underside of a rim flange of the appliance; and (c) attached to cabinetry supporting a countertop or cooktop. The frame thereby enables the cabinetry to support the appliance by the rim flange.
Seamless undermount sink system and installation method
A seamless undermount sink system includes a solid countertop having a sink mounting aperture defining an inner periphery disposed therethrough. The system also includes a sink having a sidewall with a rimless upper edge defining an outer periphery therearound. A mounting assembly is attached to a portion of the sink, and an interface is formed between the sink and the solid countertop. A sealing assembly is disposed in the interface between the rimless upper edge of the sink and the solid countertop to prevent water, food, or other debris from getting in between the sink and the solid countertop.
Kitchen sink and the method of installing the same
A kitchen sink and the method of installing the kitchen sink is disclosed. The kitchen sink for flush mounting onto a counter top having a recess for the sink, comprising one or a plurality of sink basins thereon; a deck having a substantially horizontal top surface and edges having a recess formed into a rim around the perimeter of the kitchen sink, wherein the top surface of the deck is adapted to be substantially flush with the counter top upon the sink is being mounted to the counter top, and the edges of the rim is being formed into a flange; four corners of the sink being formed rounded such that when the sink is installed into the recess on the edge of the hole opening in the counter top, the flange is substantially flush with the counter top at a level surface thereof, whereby the kitchen sink is being mounted in flush fit of the deck and the counter top.
System for mounting a sink
A system for mounting a sink under a countertop including one or more flexible supports and anchors to secure a sink wherein sealant may not be required.
Kitchen mounting part
A mounting part for an apparatus to be mounted into a cut-out of a countertop includes a rail member, a roller bar pivotally coupled to the upper end of the rail member, and a latch member defining an internal cross-sectional space for receiving the rail member in a manner such that the latch member is able to travel along the rail member. A catch member is pivotally secured to the latch member, with the catch member having an end edge for contacting the underside of a countertop. A pulling assembly has a pulling wire that has opposite first and second ends, with the pulling wire suspended about the roller bar, where the first end of the pulling member is pulled to pull the latch member and the catch member upwardly to cause the end edge of the catch member to contact the underside of a countertop.

Mounting system for sink
The present invention provides a mounting system for a sink that enables more installation steps to be completed from above a mounting surface in which the sink is mounted.
Self-rimming apron-front sink
A self-rimming sink is provided. The self-rimming sink includes a basin and a rim extending outwardly from an upper end of the basin in a relatively horizontal orientation. The rim is configured to be placed on top of a countertop for supporting the sink. The self-rimming sink also includes an apron coupled to the rim and defining a front portion of the sink. The apron has a front surface extending vertically below the rim and laterally between a first side surface and an opposite second side surface. The first and second side surfaces each having a front vertical lip that extends laterally to an outer periphery of the rim and a rear side wall portion. The rear side wall portion is recessed relative to the front vertical lip and the outer periphery of the rim.
