Trellis hub for joining elongate spars
The present invention relates to a hub comprising i) a first hub member, comprising a first plurality of spar receiving zones; and ii) a second hub member, comprising a second plurality of spar receiving zones; wherein: a) the first and second hub members are located immediately adjacent to each other and share a common, substantially central axis; b) the first hub member is not identical to the second hub member; and c) each spar receiving zone of the first and second plurality of spar receiving zones is adapted to receive a spar, wherein the spar is adapted to link two hubs. The present invention further relates to methods of assembling three dimensional structures incorporating such hubs, including but not limited to trellis.
Construction System for Assembly of a Structural Construction
A construction system for assembly of a structural construction includes a joint assembly that comprises hollow spherical joints and connection assemblies for structure elements or joints. The hollow spherical joint is assembled by multiple identical interlocking joint members or sets of corresponding identical interlocking joint members and the hollow spherical joint is provided with multiple connection points. The connection assembly is adapted for detachable attachment to the connection points and comprises a locking assembly for locking and unlocking of the connection assembly to the hollow spherical joint.
Pre-fabricated dome
A pre-fabricated dome and a spherical structure include strut assembly sets, into which glass panels or synthetic resin transparent plates are to be inserted, are assembled into 5 sets of hexagonal modular assemblies around a pentagonal assembly to build a primary pentagonal modular assembly, and further 5 sets of primary pentagonal modular assemblies, into which upper and lower, (outer and inner) struts are assembled in 2 layers (of outer and inner walls), are interconnected to build a semi-spherical dome, and if 12 sets of primary pentagonal modular assemblies are assembled, a solid cylindrical structure can be built to provide a perfect block between the outdoor and the indoor so that the room temperature will not be affected at all by the outdoor temperature.
BUILDING ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE
A building assembly structure comprises a coupling block fixed on the ground or to a frame so as to fix and extend the frame. The coupling block comprises a body has a first through-hole passing through upper and lower portions thereof, a connection member coupled to a lower portion of the first through-hole, and having a second through-hole formed therein, a fixing plate coupled to the connection member so as to be located on the lower portion of the body, and having a fixing protrusion protruding from a side thereof, and a vibration-proof pad coupled to the upper portion of the body in order to absorb load and shocks applied from above.
CONNECTOR
A connector includes at least two cavities or receptacles extending from a base to receive adjacent tubes of a wall or panel. The receptacles are closed at one end. At least two walls extend from the base in the same direction as the receptacles. The walls are positioned on the base and outside the receptacles such that the panels are secured to a specific angular orientation with respect to each other. A top connector and a bottom connector are used to secure rods or tubes of adjacent panels. A series of top and bottom connectors can be used to secure multiple panels to form an enclosure, such as a kennel or gazebo.
ROTARY JOINT WITH ACTUATOR, FRAMEWORK CONSTRUCTION KIT AND FRAMEWORK WITH ROTARY JOINTS
A rotary joint includes a socket rod having a socket rod flange with a basically spheroid con-cave bearing surface at a first end, a housing nut encircling the socket rod and having a threaded wrenching head, a ball rod having a basically spheroid convex bearing surface and threaded side walls around the convex bearing surface, and a joint actuator configured to actuate relative movement of the socket rod flange and the ball rod. A diameter of the threaded side walls of the ball rod corresponds to a diameter of the threaded wrenching head of the housing nut.
Rotary joint, framework construction kit and method for constructing a framework
A rotary joint includes an outer shell segment having the outer shape of a solid of revolution, the outer shell segment having a plurality of openings arranged in the outer surface; an inner shell segment having the outer shape of the solid of revolution of the outer shell segment, the inner shell segment being aligned concentrically with the outer shell segment and spaced apart from the outer shell segment by a compensation gap; and a plurality of strut holding fixtures, the strut holding fixtures having a hollow interior and a flange portion, wherein each of the strut holding fixtures is arranged in one of the plurality of openings and the flange portion extends within the compensation gap between the inner shell segment and the outer shell segment in each case.
System and method having an improved beam and beam coupling system
A building system that utilizes an improved beam and coupling system for building a frame or structure having improved strength and durability and improving performance and/or spanning distance of the beam.
SYSTEM AND METHOD HAVING AN IMPROVED BEAM AND BEAM COUPLING SYSTEM
A building system that utilizes an improved beam and coupling system for building a frame or structure having improved strength and durability and improving performance and/or spanning distance of the beam.
