A corner fitting includes a sleeve body having a hollow inner space and configured to coaxially fit over a pipe member of a predetermined size. An edge of the sleeve body at a second distal end has a corner cut portion, a protruding tab, and two recesses, the protruding tab being diametrically opposed to the corner cut portion in the radial direction of the sleeve body, and the recesses being diametrically opposed to each other in the radial direction of the sleeve body. The corner cut portion is configured and shaped such that the sleeve body fits together with an identical sleeve body on the pipe member of the predetermined size with the corner cut portions of the two sleeve bodies contacting each other and with the pipe being nested between the protruding tabs of the second distal ends of the two sleeve bodies.

The present disclosure describes a base structural building module employing a core structural member having an array of upwardly and outwardly and downwardly and outwardly extending braces or arms extending therefrom. Tubular cans are mounted at the ends of each of the upper and lower arms to receive piles. One upper arm is aligned and paired with one lower arm and the pair's respective cans are aligned about their can axis. The modules employ flexible design by varying the lengths of the arms and their respective inclination or declination angles. Modules can be stacked one on top of another (and secured) to form multi-tiered structural building jackets for building vertical structures such as, for example, oil and gas platforms used onshore or offshore as well as other structures. Each tier can also comprise multiple modules joined laterally together to provide a wide variety of potential template configurations and building applications.

Tripod foundation transmission tower reinforcement

The disclosed technology includes a tripod reinforcement beam for reinforcing a tripod grillage of a transmission tower. The tripod reinforcement beam may include top and bottom faces that are substantially planar surfaces, a rear face disposed substantially perpendicularly between a rear edge of the top face and a rear edge of the bottom face, and a front face disposed between a front edge of the top face and a front edge of the bottom face. The rear face may include first and second substantially planar rear face portions and an angled rear face portion. The front face may be include first and second substantially planar front face portions that are oriented parallel to the first and second substantially planar rear face portions, respectively.

The present Stacked Wall Truss Construction and its use in multi-story buildings makes use of prefabricated modular wall elements (100) that are interconnected in three dimensions to enable the rapid completion of building construction with improved quality of construction over that found in traditional multi-story building construction. The resultant building is a structural steel frame without the use of stacking columns. Vierendeel trusses (100) with vertical members (101-105) of tube steel are used, thereby the construction process becomes stacking trusses fit up as complete walls, not erecting columns. An inner Mating Member (131-135) enables each truss to be near perfectly positioned on top of the installed truss below.

Connector for interconnecting frame members of a space frame assembly

A connector for connecting a frame member to one or more other frame members of a space frame assembly is disclosed. The connector includes a body defining a surface and a projection extending outwardly from the surface along a main axis to define an axial end surface away from the surface. The axial end surface defines a curvature having continuity across an expanse of the axial end surface to facilitate formation of a full penetration weld joint between an end of the frame member and the axial end surface upon a contact of the end of the frame member with the axial end surface.
