PERMANENT FORMWORK
20240368876 · 2024-11-07 ·

A beam-node permanent formwork for casting reinforced concrete is disclosed, which includes using it for the construction of reinforced concrete 3D trusses in the tidal zone and underwater in coastal areas of reservoirs (from 1 to 12 meters deep) by eliminating deformations when filling the formwork with concrete and during operation, as well as by insulating concrete from the corrosive effects of salt water, biological destruction. The shell of the permanent formwork also significantly reduces the adhesion of concrete to ice, which significantly increases the service life of concrete products in the conditions of the sea or freezing reservoirs.

Full moment connection collar systems

A full-moment column collar is disclosed, including four collar flange components and four collar corner components. Each collar flange component includes an upper transverse element and a lower transverse element, connected by a bridging member. Each collar corner component includes first and second expanses defining a corner and a standoff portion extending from the corner, the standoff portion having a distal T-shaped structure. Each collar corner component is configured to connect two adjacent collar flange components, and each collar corner component has a multi-axis alignment structure extending from a bottom end portion for vertically positioning a lower transverse element of a respective collar flange component.

DRY JOINT JOINING DEVICE BETWEEN COLUMNS AND BEAMS OF PRECAST REINFORCED CONCRETE

A joining device (100) for precast reinforced concrete elements with a dry joint comprising a first group of joining reinforcements (10) arranged on a first plane and in parallel with one another, each one of said joining reinforcements (10) comprising one reinforcement (1) and two threaded ends (2). The device comprises first coupling means (30) for coupling to the columns (200) arranged between the joining reinforcements (10) and perpendicular to the first plane defined by the joining reinforcements (10) and a plurality of anchoring plates (20) arranged so as to define a closed frame inside of which the joining reinforcements (10) are arranged, and where the inner space defined by the anchoring plates (20) is filled with a structural filler material (concrete, resin, composite, etc.) (50). The anchoring plates (20) comprise a plurality of holes (21), at least one for each threaded end (2), in a position that matches up with the latter, and through which the threaded ends (2) remain accessible. The device comprises second coupling means (40) between the threaded ends (2) and the beam (300) rebars.

Connector for use in display frames

The connector is intended for use in displays of the kind which include a display frame formed of a plurality of beams) which are joined together by multi-way node fittings to form a three-dimensional shape, and display panels are releasably secured to the beams. The connector includes a male fitting which has a stem projecting from a plate, and a head comprising four noses which project laterally from the stem. The head is inserted in a correspondingly-shaped aperture of a female node fitting and rotated into positive engagement with the inner face of the node fitting. The trailing faces of the four noses have oppositely-inclined ramps which act to provide progressive tightening and alignment of the connector as the male part is rotated within aperture.

SYSTEM FOR CREATING JUNCTIONS FOR TUBULAR STRUCTURES

The system relates to a system for creating junctions for tubular structures. The system is based on provided a plurality of junctions (7) which are different from each other, formed by pairs of profiles (2) or (2a) or (2) or (2) or (2) secured to each other to form the corresponding junction (7) and to be able to mount and join tubular arms (1) that will form the actual structure. Said tubular arms can be longitudinally aligned, can form a right angle between each other, can form T-shaped configurations, and can meet at junctions with four tubular arms (1), junctions with five tubular arms (1), and junctions with even more arms, in order to allow any type of structure for different constructions, both in terms of buildings and in terms of furniture, inter alia.

A connector, for display systems having a display frame formed of a plurality of beams (1), has a male fitting (3) which has a stem (8) projecting from a plate (4), and a head (9) formed of four noses which project laterally from the stem. The head (9) is inserted in a correspondingly-shaped aperture of a female node fitting and rotated into positive engagement with the inner face of the node fitting. The trailing faces of the four noses have oppositely-inclined ramps which act to provide progressive tightening and alignment of the connector as the male part is rotated within the aperture. The connector provides a stable joint and enables a firm connection to be obtained with a smaller angle of rotation and reduced engagement force.
