ANCHOR HOLDERS AND ANCHOR ASSEMBLIES FOR METAL DECKS
An anchor holder for concrete decks comprises a body for being inserted into an opening in a metal deck, the body including an outside vertical wall and an opening for receiving an anchor. The body includes arms normally biased extending outwardly from the vertical wall, the arms being collapsible toward the body when the body is inserted into the opening in the metal deck and expanding outwardly after passing the opening to be disposed below the metal deck. A support is attached to the body, the support to engage a top surface of the metal deck to apply an upward force on the body and keep the collapsible arms engaged against an underside of the metal deck when the body is attached to the metal deck.
Fastening rail and concrete element having a fastening rail
A fastening rail for embedding into a concrete element has one rail back, two rail lips and two rail longitudinal sides disposed opposite one another. The rail lips delimit a slot between them. The fastening rail is realized in an anchorless manner and forms at least one undercut from the rail back in the direction of the outside of the rail lips. To improve anchoring in concrete, the rail back has profiling on its outside which is remote from the rail lips. The fastening rail is advantageously embedded into a concrete element such that the outside of the rail lips lies flush with the surface of the concrete element. A method for making a fastening rail includes producing a profiling in at least one central region of a top side of a metal plate and reshaping the metal plate to form the rail back, rail longitudinal sides and rail lips.
Mechanical connection for concrete structures
A system and method for connecting precast concrete structures includes anchoring a sleeve within a pocket formed in one of the concrete structures, and placing the concrete structures in contact with one another such that the pocket is diposed around a protruding end of a shear connector embedded in the other concrete structure. A bridge is inserted around the protruding end of the shear connector and a fastener is installed onto the protruding end of the shear connector to engage the bridge and urge the bridge in abutting relation with a lip of the sleeve. The pocket is then filled with a grout.

ANCHOR BOLT ASSEMBLY AND ARRANGEMENT FOR CONCRETE FOUNDATION DESIGNS
An anchor bolt assembly and arrangement for anchoring structure or equipment of an air separation plant to a reinforced concrete foundation is provided. The anchor bolt assembly includes one, two or more anchor bolts, each anchor bolt having a first end configured to be embedded in the concrete foundation and a threaded second end configured to be projecting from the foundation. The anchor bolt assembly further comprises a steel plate affixed to the first end of the anchor bolt(s) and extends in an orthogonal orientation to the length of the anchor bolts. The size of the steel plate is selected such that a perimeter of the steel plate is between about 0.25 and 4.0 times the embedment depth of the anchor bolt body which provides additional pull-out strength of the anchor bolt assembly. Preferably, the steel plate is disposed below to the bottom longitudinal reinforcement within the concrete foundation.
HOLDER AND CONCRETE ANCHOR ASSEMBLIES
A concrete anchor assembly includes a housing including a lower opening and a side wall; a flange portion extending from the housing; a ramp surface extending upwardly around the lower opening; a split body disposed over the lower opening, the split body including a bottom surface engaging the ramp surface, the split body including a threaded opening. The housing includes a gap between the split body and the side wall. A compressed spring forces the split body toward a bottom of the ramp surface.
Concrete Anchor Coupling Assembly and Anchor Rod Holder
Concrete coupling assembly comprises a base holder for being attached to a concrete forming surface, the base holder including a central opening; a coupler having one end disposed within the central opening, the coupler having an axis for being positioned substantially transverse to the forming surface, the coupler having first and second threaded bores through the one end for attachment of a threaded rod; and a separate anchor body threadedly attached to another end of the coupler.

The pocket is then filled with a grout.
Holder and concrete anchor assemblies
A concrete anchor assembly includes a housing having a top opening; the housing including a bottom wall with a bottom opening; the bottom wall including a ramp surface extending upwardly and away from the bottom opening; a split nut disposed on the bottom wall and over the bottom opening; and a spring biased to force the split nut toward a bottom of the ramp surface.
CONCRETE ANCHOR
An anchor rod support comprises a support having a floor and legs extending downwardly from the floor with openings between the legs; and the support including threads for attaching thereto an anchor rod.
