The bridging termination clip may include a horizontal portion having a bridge plate and a pair of opposing legs, the legs extending vertically one from each side edge of the bridge plate in a substantially perpendicular relation thereto; a vertical plate connected to a rear portion of the bridge plate and extending upward in a substantially perpendicular relation thereto; and an opposing pair of side extensions connected to the vertical plate and extending rearward one from each side of the vertical plate in a substantially perpendicular relation thereto.
Systems and methods for framing components including brackets with flex-fit flanges
A bracket is disclosed. The bracket is coupled to a joist by rotating the bracket relative to the joist until the longitudinal axis of the bracket is aligned in parallel orientation with the longitudinal axis of the joist to achieve a snap-in engagement. The bracket includes a first bracket section having a first lateral wing and an opposite second lateral wing extending outwardly from a base of the first bracket section and a second bracket section that is aligned in perpendicular orientation relative to the first bracket section. The first lateral wing is configured to flex relative to the base, and the second lateral wing is configured to flex relative to the base during engagement of the bracket to a joist.
Quick attachment system for modular construction
A quick attachment system is disclosed. A first connector portion is defined along a surface of the first member and a second connector portion is defined along a surface of the second member. The first connector portion comprises a protrusion of the surface of the first member. The second connector portion comprises a detent of the surface of the second member. The first and second connector portions may mate with and engage one another to secure the first member against the second member. A modular frame unit comprises first and second channel members defining first connector portions along lengths thereof and a joinder channel member defining second connector portions along a length thereof. Each of the second connector portions is configured to mate with one of the first connector portions to join the joinder channel member with the first and second channel members.
Systems and methods for bracket configurations of a framing assembly
A framing assembly is disclosed. The framing assembly includes a bracket defining a first bracket section and a second bracket section aligned in perpendicular relation relative to the first bracket section along a bracket bend. The bracket includes a first slit and a second slit formed along the second bracket section. The first slit and the second slit define a tapered or triangular shape. The first bracket section includes a plurality of linear sides and corners defined along the linear sides. The first bracket section may be coupled to a joist by disposing the first bracket section within an interior portion of a joist defined by a web, flanges, and returns of the joist. The linear sides and the corners of the bracket facilitate the bracket to snap in place within the interior portion of the joist and the first slit and the second slit receive the returns of the joist.
CONNECTOR FOR FRAMING MATERIAL
A connector for framing material comprises: a limiting member, a connecting member and a first screw. The hexagon portion of the first screw is received between the first stopping plate and the second stopping plate of the limiting member. The through hole of the connecting member is passed by the first screw to form a pre-lock assembly of the limiting member and the connecting member. The first stopping plate and the second stopping plate parallel to the accepting slot direction to place the limiting member in the U-shaped frame, and then the connecting member is rotated and to make a cross with the U-shaped frame, such that the first screw drives the limiting member to rotate to perpendicular to the U-shaped frame.
Multi-Orientable Strut Channel Support System
A strut channel support system including a first brace, a second brace, and a fastening mechanism connects at least two channel struts in a multi-orientable fashion. The first brace and the second brace both possess a U-shaped channel, a base, a fastener-engagement point, and a strut-engagement point. The base is terminally connected to the U-shaped channel, the fastener-engagement point is centrally integrated into the base, and the strut-attachment feature is integrated into the U-shaped channel. This permits the base to retain the rear portion of a strut channel. The U-shaped channel perimetrically braces the lateral sides of the strut channel. The first brace and the second brace attach to each other via the fastener-engagement point. The fastener-engagement point of the first brace and the fastener-engagement point of the second brace are mechanically coupled to each other. This enables a user to adjust the orientation between at least two strut channels.
End brackets
An end bracket for a wall system includes a body member having attachment structure to join a horizontal strut to a vertical strut. The end bracket further includes attachment structure in which the horizontal strut is slidably attached for moving and positioning the horizontal strut relative to the vertical strut in forming the wall system.

BEAM FRAME ASSEMBLY HAVING JOINT DEVICE
A joint device includes a main fixing plate, an auxiliary fixing plate, and a fastener. The main fixing plate has a vertical wall disposed between a longitudinal beam and a transverse beam, a first extending wall extending towards a side of the longitudinal beam from the vertical wall and crossing over and abutting against an upper portion of the longitudinal beam, and a second extending wall extending towards a side of the transverse beam from the vertical wall and crossing over and abutting against a lower portion of the transverse beam. The auxiliary fixing plate is disposed in an open groove of the transverse beam in a way that the transverse beam is clamped between the auxiliary fixing plate and the vertical wall of the main fixing plate. The fastener secures the longitudinal beam, the transverse beam, the main fixing plate and the auxiliary fixing plate together.
