Modular prefabricated wall system and a method of assembly thereof
There is provided herein a modular be fabricated wall system which has a number of interlocking modular prefabricated wall sections. Each wall section has opposing planar face boards and a number of orthogonal spacers adhered to respective inner faces of the face boards for bracing the face boards apart. Vertical joiners may be adhered to inner edges of each face board for quickly and easily vertically slotting together adjacent wall sections in a row. The present wall sections are low-cost in that both the face boards and the orthogonal spacers may be cut from low-cost board, such as fibre cement board. Specifically, the face boards and the spacers may be both made from fibre cement board and the spacers may be glued perpendicularly between inner surfaces of the face boards. As such, the present wall sections may be manufactured without fasteners, ties and the like.
Shelter constructed from interconnecting panels
A shelter includes a floor portion, at least one wall portion having a top wail portion, a bottom wall portion, or both, and a roof portion. Each portion includes at least two panels which are detachably interconnected using female and male bracket elements configured for receiving the panels and including cooperating means actuated by longitudinal movement for preventing separation of the female and male bracket elements and interconnecting the panels.
TILE SYSTEM
A tile system comprises at least two tiles and at least one elongate support. Each tile is generally rectangular in shape and has a first edge, and a second edge, the second edge being generally opposite the first edge. Each elongate support has an attachment portion and a support portion. Proximate the first edge each tile is provided with a groove, the groove being configured to receive the support portion of one of the elongate supports and a portion of an adjacent tile proximate its second edge.
CONNECTING ELEMENTS FOR ARRANGING TWO WALL ELEMENTS TOGETHER
A connector configured to couple plural wall elements like wall panels, the connector including a coupling including a first support that supports a locking hook that is pivotable from an idle position into an engagement position and movable into an interlocking position; a block including a locking bar that is arranged in a second support wherein the locking hook reaches behind the locking bar in the locking position; and a housing for the coupling or the block, the housing including a housing pass through opening wherein the locking hook passes through the housing pass through opening during a pivot movement from the idle position to the engagement position, wherein the housing includes a first housing half and a second housing half, wherein the housing pass through opening is closed by a cover wall against a pass through of the locking hook.
SNAP LOCK SYSTEM, METHOD AND USE FOR CONNECTING CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS
A snap lock system for connecting adjoining countertops comprises: a first locking unit comprising a first surface and an opposite second surface, the second surface being attachable to a first countertop, wherein the second surface has a profile comprising a projection, a first recess, and a second recess; a second locking unit comprising a first surface and an opposite second surface, the second surface being attachable to a second countertop, wherein the first surface has a profile comprising a projection and a recess; the second surface comprises a recess; and a third locking unit comprising a resilient member and a chamfered longitudinal edge, accommodated in a locking groove defined by the second recess of the first locking unit and the recess of the second locking unit. The profile of the second surface of the first locking unit is configured to receive the profile of the first surface of the second locking unit to provide a connection preventing mutual horizontal movement between the first and second locking units. During connection of the first locking unit and the second locking unit, the third locking unit is configured to allow vertical mating of the first locking unit and the second locking unit and, after connection, the third locking unit is configured to prevent mutual vertical movement between the first locking unit and the second locking unit.
EVAPORATION PANEL SYSTEMS AND ASSEMBLIES
The present disclosure evaporation panel systems including plurality of evaporation panels, wherein a first evaporation panel and a second evaporation panel of the plurality of evaporation panels each include evaporation shelves and support columns to support and separate to the evaporation shelves. At least a portion of the support columns include evaporation fins so that wastewater is loadable along the support column. The first evaporation panel and the second evaporation panel in this example are releasably connectable to one another to form a sub-assembly.
EVAPORATION PANELS
An evaporation panel can include a first evaporation shelf including a first upper surface and a first lower surface, a second evaporation shelf positioned beneath the first evaporation shelf and having a second upper surface, and a support column disposed between the first evaporation shelf and the second evaporation shelf. In this example, the support column can include an evaporation fin.
WASTEWATER EVAPORATIVE SEPARATION SYSTEMS
A wastewater evaporative separation system can include an evaporation panel assembly having a plurality of individual evaporation panels laterally and releasably joined together, the evaporation panel assembly configured for receiving wastewater from a body of wastewater and evaporating water therefrom as the wastewater cascades down the evaporation panel assembly and contaminants become more concentrated. The system also includes a wastewater delivery system fluidly associated with the body of wastewater with a fluid directing assembly delivering the wastewater from the body of wastewater to an upper portion of the evaporation panel assembly.
Connector for lightweight office partition
A removable connector used for connecting two or more wall panels. The connector is accessible to a user in a vertical space between the connected wall panels open to both front face and rear face of each panel. The user is able to easily engage and move the connector, relative to the wall panels, to latch and unlatch the connector with a view to connecting and disconnect the panels.
