Panelized structural building system
One variation of a panelized structural building system includes, a set of wall panels, each including: an outer face; a set of hardpoints, each arranged proximal a corner of the outer face, defining a lateral wall panel datum facing outwardly from a side of the wall panel, and defining an exterior fa?ade mount facing outwardly from the outer face; and a load-bearing structure extending between the set of hardpoints and inset from a maximal wall panel perimeter defined by the set of hardpoints; wherein the set of wall panels are assemblable into a wall with lateral wall panel datumsdefined by hardpoints in adjacent wall panelsabutting to laterally space the set of wall panels along the wall. The system also includes a set of exterior fa?ade panels configured to install onto exterior fa?ade mountsdefined hardpoints in adjacent wall panelsto conceal outer faces of these wall panels.
Modular interconnectable wall cell
A modular, interconnectable wall cell that can be connected to additional modular, interconnectable wall cells to form walls, floors, roofs or other structures. The modular, interconnectable wall cell has a frame, a panel filler, stiffener plates and angle members. When the modular, interconnectable wall cell is connected to additional modular interconnectable wall cells, the cambered edges of the frame bow inwardly toward the panel filler.
MODULAR SYSTEM
The invention relates to a modular system (10) for structuring or shaping spaces, surfaces, or the like, comprising a component assembly, which comprises at least two modular elements (12) and at least one connecting element (14, 15, 16), said modular element being designed as a box-shaped body, whose base has at least three corners, each corner forming a connecting structure for connecting the modular element to a connecting element, said connecting structure being designed as an arc-shaped contour of the corner together with a void adjacent to the contour, said connecting element forming a pin for each of the connecting structures to be connected, said pin being designed congruent with the void and in such a manner that the pin can be interlockingly inserted into the void, said connecting element forming a positioning device for positioning the connecting element on the modular element, said positioning device comprising an axis, said axis being designed congruent with the contour and in such a manner that the axis can be arranged on the contour.
EXTRUSION-COATED STRUCTURAL MEMBERS HAVING EXTRUDED PROFILE MEMBERS
The present disclosure relates to extrusion-coated structural systems including at least one extruded profile member coupled to and extending outwardly from an extrusion-coated structural member, as well as methods of making and using the same. Structural systems of the present invention that include at least one extruded profile member may exhibit enhanced flexibility, functionality, and/or durability. Structural systems according to embodiments of the present invention can be suitable for use in a variety of applications, including in ready-to-assemble furniture or cabinetry applications or as building and construction materials such as wall board, flooring, trim, and the like.
Pre-manufactured utility wall for a multi-story building having load bearing walls
A utility wall is provided for a multi-story building having load bearing walls that are able to withstand vertical loads and lateral loads. The building may be a low-rise building or a mid-rise building. The utility wall, as well as the load bearing walls, floor-ceiling panels, corridor panels, and other parts of the building, are pre-manufactured off-site and then installed on-site at the site of the building. The utility walls are hung from the load bearing walls and provide utilities to the various stories of the building.
Modular building system
A modular building system, includes a modular building assembly, including a base mounting structure with first and second base angle brackets; a left receiving wall assembly, including a left primary wall assembly, and left front and left rear corner brackets; a right primary wall assembly, and right front and right rear corner brackets; and front and rear wall assemblies; and a platform with legs; such that the modular building assembly is positionable on a top surface of the platform.
Connector for connecting structural insulated panels
A connector for a structural insulated panel includes a base, a pair of sidewalls extending substantially perpendicularly to the base and arranged spaced apart from each other, each sidewall including a rail portion. The connector also includes a body arranged between the pair of sidewalls and defining a first gap between a first sidewall of the pair of sidewalls and the body and a second gap between a second sidewall of the pair of sidewalls and the body. The first gap is adapted to receive a first edge portion of a first layer of the structural insulated panel and the second gap is adapted to receive a second edge portion of the structural insulated panel. The connector further includes a pair of tongues extending substantially parallel to an outer surface of the base and defining a pair of channels therebetween.
Pre-manufactured floor-ceiling panel for a multi-story building having load bearing walls
Floor-ceiling panels are provided for a building that includes load bearing walls that are able to withstand vertical loads and lateral loads. The building may be a low-rise building or a mid-rise building. The floor-ceiling panels, as well as the load bearing walls, corridor panels, utility walls, and other parts of the building are pre-manufactured off-site and then installed on-site at the site of the building. The floor-ceiling panels are hung from the load bearing walls and are capable to receive and transfer lateral and vertical loads, as well as providing improved sound proofing and fire rating for the building.

Joint structure and building
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a joint structure which comprises a joint member suitable for a butterfly joint, and a building. The joint structure according to the present invention includes a first wood panel, a second wood panel, and a butterfly wedge-shaped joint member for joining the first wood panel and the second wood panel. The joint structure has an allowable yield strength of about 10 kN or more. In one embodiment, the ratio of the bending strength of the wood panels to the bending strength of the joint member in the joint structure is 1:2.2 to 1:3.6. In addition, the joint structure according to the present invention may further include a joint member comprising laminated wood in which a plurality of plate materials are laminated.
