10815660 · 2020-10-27 · ·

A structural panel having a structural inner core with a male member and a female member. The female member is configured to receive the male member of a vertically adjacent panel therein and has a locking slot. The structural panel also includes a locking member operatively engageable to the male member and configurable between an unlocked configuration where it does not substantially project outside of lateral wall surfaces of the male member and a locked configuration where it projects outside of at least one of the lateral wall surfaces of the male member and is engaged in the locking slot of the vertically adjacent panel. A panel assembly, a method for building a building wall using multiple structural panels, a corner securement assembly for at least two horizontally adjacent structural panels and a method for securing two horizontally adjacent panels in a corner configuration are also provided.

Interlocking building blocks for changeable modular assemblies

The invention relates to interlocking building blocks for changeable modular assemblies. The set of interlocking building blocks consists of a female block (1) and a set of male blocks (2-5), wherein the female block (1) has rectangular indentations (7) and the male blocks (2-5) fit inside the rectangular indentations (7) of female blocks (1), so that a female block (1) may simultaneously fit in its rectangular indentations (7) two male blocks (2-5), and a male block (2-5) may simultaneously fit inside at least two female blocks (1). In that way, each male block (2-5) simultaneously fills in at least half the rectangular indentations (7) of at least two female blocks (1) and thus fixedly connects said at least two female blocks (1). The set of interlocking building blocks further comprises a terminal block (6) to fill in empty spaces and provide straight edges on the assembly, and a filling block (11) to extend the assembly eight, width or length. The blocks are stackable and vertically stable but reversible and easy-to-handle. No additional tools or materials are required in order to build all kinds of tridimensional structures.

WALL STRUCTURE USING BLOCKS AND FRAMES WITH WEDGE-TYPE COUPLING PART FORMED THEREIN AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING WALL USING SAME

A block for decorating an outer wall or an inner wall in construction work and a construction method for bricklaying work, and more particularly, to a wall structure using blocks and frames each having a wedge-shaped coupling part formed therein and a method of constructing a wall using the same, wherein frames, which are integrally formed with beams, slabs, and pillars of a building to serve as a frame structure, are fixed and mounted, an isosceles triangular wedge-shaped concave groove or protrusion is formed on inner surfaces of the mounted frames, and blocks and intermediate blocks, in which an isosceles triangular wedge-shaped concave groove or protrusion is formed, are laid on the frames, thereby solving a disadvantage of bricklaying work in that it is vulnerable to horizontal vibration and improving seismic performance.

A construction element includes at least one module with a rectangular parallelepiped shape, hollow and made of a composite material. The module is delimited by an enclosure with four panels, two first opposing parallel panels and two second panels perpendicular to the first panels. The second panels include at least one groove parallel to the first panels. Each second panel is extended on one side by an L-shaped profile and on the other side by a flat profile. The profiles are elements protruding outwards, parallel to the groove.

INTERLOCKING CONSTRUCTION BLOCK SYSTEM
20240018776 · 2024-01-18 ·

Interlocking construction blocks of a type that can be used as part of a system for building various structures, such as walls. An individual block provides positive intermeshing with other blocks abutting thereto and positive interlocking with other blocks stacked thereon, forming a joint that allows the abutting blocks to be held together without the need for mortar. Interlocked blocks are capable of providing a barrier against horizontal water seepage along the joints from one side of the interlocked blocks to the opposite side. The blocks provide a relatively light-weight structural unit while still providing good structural strength against horizontal and vertical loads. The blocks may be formed at least partly of recycled waste material(s) and/or may themselves be made of materials that can be easily recycled, thereby providing an environmentally friendly construction material that may have a reduced carbon footprint compared to other construction block systems.
